Արթուր Դանիելյանը մամուլի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Այսօր` վաղ առավոտյան 06:00-ի շրջագայքում, մի քաղաքացի իր՝ առանց պետհամարանիշների մեքենայով միտումնավոր հարվածել է Ադեկվադ ՀԿ-ի փոխնախագահ, «Ադեկվադ» կուսակցության նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Ազատ Ադամյանի մեքենային, որը կայանված էր նրա բնակելի շենքի բակում։ Հարվածելուց հետո միջադեպի հեղինակը մոտեցել է Ազատ Ադամյանի բնակարանի դռանը և, կոպտորեն խատելով հանրային անդորրը, ահաբեկելով նրա ընտանիքի անդամներին ու հարևաններին, Ադամյանին դուրս է կանչել, այնուհետև՝ հրահրել վիճաբանություն: Ընթացքում հայհոյել է ու սպառնացել հրազենի կիրառմամբ: Միջադեպը կասեցվել է տեղի բնակիչների ակտիվ միջամտության շրնոհիվ: Տվյալ պահին հասցված վնասը միայն գույքային է:

Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ միջադեպի հեղինակը նախկինում բազմիցս դատված, այդ թվում՝ ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելու և մահափորձ իրականացնելու համար, և Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեշաղրջման արդյունքում ազատություն ստացած անձ է: Մեզ նաև հայտնի դարձավ, որ տվյալ անձը հաճախակի է դիմում նման սադրանքների և զարմանալիորեն միշտ խուսափում պատասխանատվությունից: Ըստ երևույթի՝ սա պայմանավորված է երկրի քաղաքական իշխանության և իրավապահ մարմինների հովանավորչությամբ:

Միջադեպը հրահրելիս տվյալ անձը բղավել է, թե Ադամյանը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից 20,000 դոլար է ստացել: Այս և բազմաթիվ այլ փաստերը հուշում են որ տեղի ունեցածը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան իշխանության կողմից պլանավորված սադրանք:

Պետք է արձանագրենք նաև, որ Ոստիկանության կողմից Ադեկվադներին շինծու ահազանգերով բերման ենթարկուլու մարտավարությանը ավելացել է նաև քրեածին տարրերի կիրառամաբ սադրանքների կազմակերպումը: Նմանօրինակ սադրանքները Հայաստանում պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ են ստեղծում և խորացնում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ստեղծված ատելության մթնոլորտը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մարալիկ քաղաքում մեզ վրա տեղի ունեցած, նախապես պլանավորված՝ կյանքին սպառնալիքներով զուգորդմամբ խմբակային խուլիգանական հարձակման մասնակիցներն ու կազմակերպիչները այդպես էլ որևէ պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեցին։ Ավելին, վերջին 2 ամիսների ընթացքում իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից՝ «Ադեկվադ»-ի համակիրների բերման ենթարկելու փաստը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան փորձ՝ կասեցնել մեր գործունեությունն ու լռեցնել մեզ։

ՀՀ դե ֆակտո վարչապետի կողմից հրահրված այս իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու, ինչպես նաև ապագայում նման դրսևրումները կանխելու նպատակով կոչ ենք անում քաղաքական ուժերին և մեր համաքաղաքացիներին հստակ և ոչ երկիմաստ գնահատական տալ այս միջադեպին և ստեղծված իրավիճակին առհասարակ:

Հայտարարում ենք, որ անկախ մեր վրա գործադրվող ճնշումներից, մենք հաստատակամորեն շարունակելու ենք մեր գործունեությունը»։
