Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքի ՔՊ-ական թեկնածու Գրիգոր Գուլյանը բարձր է գնահատում ընտրություններում իր շանսերը: Այս մասին նա ասաց իր հետ զրույցում։

«Իմ շանսերը շատ բարձր եմ գնահատում, հաղթական: Միանշանակ տրամադրված եմ հաղթանակի, հենց այդ տրամադրվածությամբ էլ առաջադրվել եմ»,- ասաց նա:

Գրիգոր Գուլյանը նշեց, որ այսուհետ Աբովյանում պետք է օրենքի գերակայություն լինի:

Հաղթելու դեպքում Գրիգոր Գուլյանը չի պատրաստվում կադրային ջարդ իրականացնել քաղաքպետարանում. «Մեր գործելաոճը չէ կադրային ջարդ իրականացնել, սակայն այն աշխատակիցը, ով իր տեղում չի լինելու, նման մասնագետներից իհարկե հրաժարվելու ենք, համայնքապետարանում անհրաժեշտ են պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետներ, ամեն հաստիք պետք է համապատասխանի իր մասնագիտությանը»:

Մնացած 4 թեկնածուներին Գրիգոր Գուլյանը մաղթեց մրցապայքարի առողջ մթնոլորտ, արդար ընտրություն եւ հաջողություն:

Անդրադառնալով Աբովյանում այսօր տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին` քաղաքապետի ՔՊ-ական թեկնածուն ասաց, որ զերծ կմնա մեկնաբանություններից, որովհետեւ իրավապահ մարմիններն են զբաղվում խնդրով. «Ոչ մի տեղեկություն այս պահին չունեմ եւ չեմ կարող ինչ-որ բան արձագանքել»:

Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը, որը նույնպես Աբովյան քաղաքից է, լրագրողներին հայտնել է, որ երկու ահազանգ են ունեցել իրենց շտաբում, ըստ որոնց՝ որոշ ընտրողներ նկարում են քվեաթերթիկը:
