POLITICSԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը չի հակասում Մեծ Եվրասիայի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում:
Պատասխանելով հարցին ԵՏՄ անդամակցությունից շահելու եւ Մեծ Եվրասիայի, մասնավորապես այնպիսի հսկայի հետ, ինչպիսին Չինաստանն է, համագործակցությունից դիվիդենտներ ստանալու մասին՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ իրար չէր հակադրի, առավել եւս, որ մյուս երկրները համատեղում են թե՛ մեկը, թե՛ մյուսը: «ՌԴ նախագահը եւս խոսեց Չինաստանի հետ տնտեսական եւ քաղաքական հարաբերությունների զարգացման մասին, ՌԴ-ի համար Չինաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկեր է: Հայաստանը եւ ՌԴ-ն նույնպես ռազմավարական գործընկերներ են: Հարաբերությունների զարգացումը նորմալ գործընթաց է: Չէ՞ որ ԵՏՄ երկրները մյուս երկրների հետ հարաբերությունները չեն դադարեցրել, եւ երբեմն այդ հարաբերությունները միատեսակ չեն, այսինքն՝ ոչ թե նույն երկրների հետ: Ոչ մի հակասություն չեմ տեսնում: Ինչպես նշեցի լիագումար նիստաշրջանում, նման կարգի համագործակցությունը ԵՏՄ-ի օգտին է»,- նշել է վարչապետը:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ վերջերս Չինաստան է այցելել եւ հանդիպել երկրի նախագահ Սի Ցզինպինի հետ: Ի պատասխան այն հարցին, թե տնտեսական համաժողովի կուլուարներում քննարկվե՞լ են արդյոք կարեւոր հարցեր, վարչապետը նշել է, որ երկրների ղեկավարները կուլուարներում նախընտրում են մարդկային հարաբերությունները: «Պարզ մարդկային շփումը նույնպես երկրների միջեւ քաղաքական հարաբերությունների զարգացման օգտին է»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը:
