Սպառողը սկսել է տարբերել որակյալ մասամթերքն անորակից
SOCIETYՍպառման շուկայում բավականին հետաքրքիր վերադասավորումներ են տեղի ունենում: Սպառողներից շատերն արդեն սկսել են խանութներում վաճառվող մսամթերիքի միջև համեմատություններ անցկացնել ու սեփական փորձով համոզվել ու որակյալը տարբերել անորակից:
Orer.am-ն օրերս հարցախույզ իրականացրեց մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք խանութներում, պարզելու համար, թե ո՞ր ընկերությունների արտադրած մսամթերքն է ամենաշատ պահանջարկ վայելում: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ վերջին շրջանում զգալիորեն աճել է «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերության արտադրանքի սպառումը:
Սա նշանակում է, որ բացատրական աշխատանքերն իրենց նպատակին հասել են, և սպառողները երշիկեղեն ընտրելիս ոչ թե կամայական ընտրություն են կատարում, այլ բծախդրորեն են մոտենում հարցին: Շատերը սկսել են հրաժարվել նաև վաճառողի կողմից գովասանքի խոսքերով հրամցվող երշիկեղեն ընտրելու հին սովորույթից: Փոխարենը, նախընտրում են բոլոր ընկերությունների արտադրանքը փորձել ու ինքնուրույն համոզվել, թե որ ֆիրմայի մսամթերքն է իրենց ավելի շատ դուր գալիս: Սպառողներն, ի դեպ սկսել են նաև ուշադրություն դարձնել երշիկեղենի մակնշմանն ու բաղադրությանը, ինչը ևս գովելի երևույթ է:
«Նախկինում սպառողները մեզ էին հարցնում, թե ինչ երշիկ ենք խորհուրդ տալիս, ո՞րը գնեն, բայց հիմա շատ սպառողներ իրենք են փորձում կողնորոշվել: Տարբեր ֆիրմաների արտադրանք են փորձում: Մենք շատ հաճախորդներ ունենք, որոնք սկսել են «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերության արտադրանքը գնել: Իմ աղջիկն, օրինակ, միայն այդ ընկերության հավի նրբերշիկն է ուտում:
Այլ ֆիրմաների արտադրանքն էլ եմ գնել, սակայն նրանք չի ուտում, «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերության արտադրանքն է նախընտրում: Կան հաճախորդներ, հիմնականում կանայք, որոնք սկսել են մանրամասն հետաքրքրվել երշիկեղենի բաղադրությամբ: Եվ ընտրություն կատարելուց առաջ մանրամասն ուսումնասիրում են երշիկների արտարման և պահպանման ժամկետները: Հաճախորդներն այլևս չեն առաջնորդվում երշիկեղենի միայն տեսքով կամ գույնով, հետաքրքրվում են նաև, մսի, բաղադրության պարունականության մասին:
Սա, կարող եմ ասել, սպառողների կողմից ցուցաբերվող նոր մոտեցում է, ինչը, իսկապես ուրախալի է, քանի որ մարդիկ սկսել են նաև իրենց առողջության մասին հոգ տանել»,- ասաց խանութներից մեկի վաճառող Կարինե Միքայելյանը:
