SOCIETYՈղջունում եմ «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթնաժողովը», որը հիիմնված լինելով եւ ավանդաբար անցկացվելով Ֆրանսիայի Շամոնի քաղաքում, առաջին անգամ անցկացվում է Հայաստանում. Ուզում եմ այս իրադարձության համար հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՀՀ նախագահին: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 8-ին, Դիլիջանում «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթնաժողովի» բացման արարողության ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ մնացած մարդկանց, ում պետք է շնորհակալություն հայտնել, Արմեն Սարգսյանն արդեն հայտնեց, ինչին ինքը միանում է:
Փաշինյանն այս խոսքերից հետո հավելեց. «Կարելի է ծափահարել»:
«Հին հնդկական հարցը հարց է դնում՝ ինչն է ավելի շատ, քան աստղերը եւ բնականաբար պատասխանում է՝ մտքերն են ավելի շատ: Ընդ որում նկատի է առնվում մեկ մարդու մտքերը, որ ծնվում են գլխում: Միտքը այն ամենակարեւոր շրջադարձային երեւույթն է, որ կերտել է մեր իրականությունը: Ամբողջ քաղաքակրությունը հիմնված է մեկ գործոնի վրա եւ դա մարդկային միտքն է: Երկրագնդի գոյության ողջ ընթացքում երկու գործոն կա, որ ազդել է Երկիր մոլորակի վրա՝ մեկը տիեզերական գործոններն են, մյուսը՝ մարդկային միտքը»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
Անդրադառնալով այսօրվա գագաթաժողովի թեմայի մասին, նա նշեց. «Եթե նայենք, աշխարհում, տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական միտումները, ներդրումային միտումները, ընդհում աշխարհաքաղաքական միտումները, կտեսնենք, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհում ամենամեծ ներդրումներն արվում են մարդկային մտքի ոլորտում: Այօր տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժը դարձել են այն ոլորտները, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կապ ունեն մտքի հետ: Բանը հասել է այնտեղ, որ մարդկային միտքն այլեւս չի բավարարվում ինքն իրենով եւ աշխարհում սկսվել է արհեստական մտքի, արհեստական ինտելեկտի զարգացման պրոցես: Սա է 21-րդ դարի, ժամանակակից աշխարհի հիմնական տնտեսական միտումը:
Երբ մենք նայենք վերջին 20-30 տարվա ընթացքում համաշխարհային տնտեսության կառուցվածքը, ամենադրամատիկ փոփոխությունը հենց դա է, որ տնտեսության մեջ առաջատար են դարձել այն ուժերը, որոնք հիմնված են մարդկային մտքի, մարդկային տաղանդի ու ինտելեկտի վրա: Մենք ապրում ենք մի դարաշրջանում, երբ մարդկային միտքը սկսել է իր ազդեցությունն ունենալ ոչ միայն Երկիր մոլորակի վրա, այլեւ սկսել է փոփոխություններ կատարել այլ մոլորակներում»:
