«Հակակարկտային կայանները չեն աշխատել ու չեն աշխատում»
SOCIETYՀայաստանի մի շարք մարզերում՝ Շիրակում, Լոռիում, Արագածոտնում, օրերս ուժեղ կարկուտ է տեղացել, որը մեծ վնասներ է հասցրել ցանքատարածություններին: Շիրակի մարզում տուժել են հատկապես հացազգիների ցանքատարածությունները, Արագածոտնի մարզում՝ աշնանացան ցորենի, գարնանացան կորնգանի և գարու արտերը, Լոռիում կարկուտը վնասել է մշակաբույսերը, պտղատու ծառերը, անգամ՝ մեքենաները և շենքերի տանիքները: Ամեն անգամ կարկուտի պատճառած վնասներին անդրադառնալիս անհնար է շրջանցել հակակարկտային կայանների աշխատանքի հարցը: Եթե այդ կայանները կան և գործում են, ապա ինչո՞ւ է կարկուտը շարունակում մեծ վնասներ հասցնել գյուղացիներին: «Հայաստանի ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» հ/կ-ի նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հերթական անգամ անդրադառնում է այս կայանների վատ աշխատանքին: «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը լուծարելու փոխարեն թող լուծարի հակակարկտային ծառայությունը:
Այդ կայանները չեն աշխատել ու չեն աշխատում: Այն 30 կայանները, որոնք ներկրվել են Արգենտինայից, և մնացած 400-500 հատը, որոնք պատրաստվել են Հայաստանում, բանի պիտանի չեն: Իզուր ծախսեր են անում, ավելի լավ է այդ գումարներով մեր զինվորներին ապահովեն նյութատեխնիկական բազայով»,- ասում է Հրաչ Բերբերյանը:
