ԲԴԽ անդամ Գևորգ Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Որպեսզի «վստահելի» աղբյուրներից չտեղեկանք, ապա ստորև ներկայացնեմ իմ հրաժարականի տեքստը.
«ԲԱՐՁՐԱԳՈՒՅՆ ԴԱՏԱԿԱՆ ԽՈՐՀՐԴԻՆ
Հարգարժան գործընկերներ,
Խնդրում եմ, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 86-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 5-րդ կետի, նույն հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 160-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետի համաձայն, ընդունեք իմ հրաժարականը, լիազորությունները դադարած համարելով առաջիկա աշխատանքային օրվանից՝ ս.թ. հունիսի 10-ից: Միաժամանակ, խնդրում եմ նկատի ունենալ, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նիստում սույն հրաժարականի քննարկմանը, հասկանալի դրդապատճառներով, նպատակահարմար չեմ գտնում մասնակցել:
Այս փուլում, կարծում եմ, որ չկան խիստ հրատապ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներ, ուստի ըմբռնումով կմոտենաք իմ հրաժարականին: Բացի այդ, սա Ձեզ համար այնքան էլ անակնկալ չէր: Առնվազն իմ մասով անհրաժեշտ եմ գտնում ընձեռել հնարավորություն, որպեսզի նորացված ու իրապես վստահություն ներշնչող կազմով Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը ձեռնամուխ լինի կյանքի կոչելու դատաիրավական բարեփոխումները: Մենք պարոն Հարությունյանի ղեկավարությամբ շուրջ մեկ տարի աշխատեցինք աննախադեպ ծանրաբեռնված ռեժիմով, աշխատանքային ու շենքային գրեթե անընդունելի պայմաններում, մամուլում հաճախակի հանդիպող ակնհայտ կեղծ, ստահոդ տեղեկատվության ներքո, կարողացանք մեր սեփական ուժերով մշակել ու հաստատել նորաստեղծ Խորհրդի գործունեության մի քանի տասնյակի հասնող լրջագույն իրավական հիմքերը, հանրության դատին հանձնել արդարադատության արդյունավետության արմատական բարելավմանը միտված համալիր հայեցակարգ, ուստի ինքս հանգիստ եմ հեռանում՝ պարտքը կատարածի զգացումով:
Ձեզ և դատական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին մաղթում եմ հաջողություններ, շարունակելու եմ իմ համեստ հնարավորության սահմաններում աջակցել դատաիրավական համակարգին, այդ համակարգի հիրավի արհեստավարժ ու պարկեշտ բազում ընկերներին, բարեփոխումների գործընթացին, որպեսզի այն անցնի բացառապես Սահմանադրության և միջազգային պարտավորությունների հենքով, Աստված Ձեզ օգնական:
