Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները պլանաչափ են զարգանում: Այս մասին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, հաղորդում է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
«Մեր երկու երկրների միջեւ ռազմավարական, դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ են, ինչպես Դուք արդեն ասացիք: Եվ դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, այլ նաեւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, ԱՊՀ, ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում մեր համագործակցությանը:
Կարծում եմ, որ բոլոր այդ ուղղությունները ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն: Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ մենք այդ ուղղություններով պլանաչափ զարգացնում ենք մեր հարաբերությունները:
Ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ այս տարի մենք բավականին լավատեսական տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ ենք ունեցել: Առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով գրանցել ենք 7,1% տնտեսական աճ: Ապրիլին ունեցել ենք տնտեսական ակտիվություն՝ 9,2%:
Ինչո՞ւ եմ խոսում այդ մասին, քանի որ ակնհայտ է, որ դրանք լավ ցուցանիշներ են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաեւ ԵՏՄ-ի համար, եւ մեր տնտեսական ցուցանիշները մեծամասամբ կապ ունեն ԵՏՄ-ում մեր հարաբերությունների եւ ռուսական շուկա հայկական բիզնեսի հասանելիության հետ: Եվ դա շատ կարեւոր է: Հուսով եմ՝ մեզ հաջողվեց անդրադառնալ որոշ հարցերին:
Ցանկանում եմ նաեւ նշել, որ այս տարի բավականին մեծ աճ ունեցանք Ռուսաստանից եկող զբոսաշրջիկների թվի առումով: Եվ այժմ Հայաստանում, Երեւանում եւ տուրիստական կենտրոններում կարելի է լսել ռուսական խոսքը, եւ դա հաճելի է:
Միշտ, երբ հանդիպում եմ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների, հարցնում եմ՝ ինչպես են իրենց զգում Հայաստանում: Վստահ եմ, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկներն իրենց լավ են զգում Հայաստանում: Եվ ակնհայտ է, որ ավելի շատ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկներ են սկսել գալ մեր երկիր:
Եվ հաճելի է, իհարկե, քանի որ կարծում եմ, որ դա ոչ թե տնտեսական, այլ մշակութային, մարդասիրական կապերի հարց է: Նման շփումները, կարծում եմ, նպաստում են մեր քաղաքական եւ տնտեսական հարաբերություններին»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը:
