Եթե կան կասկածներ, անվստահություն, կարեւոր եմ համարում փոխադարձ հարգանքի մթնոլորտում քննարկումները: Այս մասին «Արցախպրես» լրատվական գործակալությանը եւ «Ազատ Արցախ» թերթիn տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը՝ անդրադառնալով լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում «դավադիր ուժերի» հետ կապված ՀՀ vարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցը։

Պարո՛ն Նախագահ, այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշել է, որ նախորդ իշխանությունների ժամանակ Արցախի ղեկավարությունը տեղյակ չի եղել բանակցային գործընթացի մանրամասներին: Արդյո՞ք պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտը տեղյակ չէր այդ մանրամասներին:

Վերջերս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Վարչապետը տրամադրել է մեզ որոշ փաստաթղթեր բանակցային գործընթացի մասին: Մենք էլ մեր հերթին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Վարչապետին ենք փոխանցել բանակցային գործընթացին առնչվող մեզ մոտ առկա փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը:

Առհասարակ, ե՛ւ հիմա, ե՛ւ նախկինում Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններից առաջ եւ դրանցից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները տեղյակ էին պահում Արցախի ղեկավարությանը քննարկվող հարցերի եւ վերջին զարգացումների մասին:

Ընդհանրապես, ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ շահարկումներ թույլ չտալու լավագույն եւ գուցե միակ հնարավորությունը բանակցությունների լիարժեք ձեւաչափի վերականգնումն է՝ Արցախի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ կան որոշ դավադիրներ եւ Արցախի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք իրենց օգնականներին հորդորում են ֆեյսբուքում գրառումներ կատարել, թե Փաշինյանը հողեր է ծախում: Ի՞նչ կասեք սրա մասին:

Նմանատիպ հարցեր ինձ արդեն ուղղել են, մասնավորապես՝ ս.թ. մայիսի 20-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամների ու լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ: Ես ասել եմ, որ եթե կան դավադիրներ, նրանք պատժվելու են, եւ եթե որեւէ մեկին հայտնի են կոնկրետ անձինք եւ նրանց դավադրության ապացուցված փաստեր, ապա թող մեզ տեղեկացնեն, եւ մենք համապատասխան քայլեր կձեռնարկենք:

Մեր ամենակարեւոր ձեռքբերումներից մեկը մեր միասնականությունն է, եւ անթույլատրելի եմ համարում այն խարխլելուն ուղղված ցանկացած քայլ՝ լինի դա Արցախում, Հայաստանում, թե Սփյուռքում: Անընդունելի եմ համարում դավադրական պահելաձեւն առհասարակ: Եթե կան կասկածներ, անվստահություն այս կամ այն երեւույթի, անձի կամ պաշտոնյայի նկատմամբ, կարեւոր եմ համարում այդ բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ փոխադարձ հարգանքի մթնոլորտում քննարկումների եւ ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալու անհրաժեշտությունը: Մենք ունենք մեկ հայրենիք, եւ բոլորիս պարտքն է անել ամեն ինչ նրա միասնականությունը պահպանելու համար:
