ՀԷՑ-ը 871,2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղի Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկական ենթակառուցվածքի վերակառուցմանը

Ասիական զարգացման բանկի (ԱԶԲ) փոխնախագահ Շիխին Չենի գլխավորած աշխատակազմն այսօր հանդիպում ունեցավ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» (ՀԷՑ) ընկերության ղեկավար կազմի հետ: Ընկերության կողմից ներկայացվեց ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացված աշխատանքների ընթացքը և ուրվագծվեցին հետագա ծրագրերը, որոնք ուղղված են Հայաստանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաշխման բարելավմանը, էներգետիկ անկախության եւ արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՀԷՑ-ի անձնակազմին կազմակերպված հանդիպման համար՝ Շիխին Չենը նշեց.
«ՀԷՑ-ի այս նախագիծը մասնավոր սեկտորի աշխատանքի փայլուն օրինակ է տարածաշրջանում: Շատ բարձր եմ գնահատում մեր համագործակցության արդյունքները և կարծում եմ, որ այն շատ կարևոր է ոչ միայն ֆինանսների ներգրավման, այլ նաև գիտելիքի փոխանցման տեսանկյունից: Վստահ եմ, որ այս փուլը ևս հաջողությամբ ավարտին կհասցնենք»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ առաջիկա տասը տարիների ընթացքում «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը, որը 2015թ.-ից ընգրկված է է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի կազմում, 871,2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղի Հայաստանի ներկայիս էլեկտրաէներգետիկական ենթակառուցվածքի վերակառուցմանը: Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն կտա ՀԷՑ-ին բարելավել բաշխիչ ցանցի եւ դրա ծառայությունների որակն ամբողջ երկրում, նվազեցնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի կորուստները եւ շահագործման ծախսերը, բարելավել տեխնիկական սպասարկման եւ անվտանգության պայմանները, արդիականացնել հաշվառման համակարգը, վերականգնել, ամրապնդել եւ ընդլայնել բաշխիչ ցանցը, ինչպես նաեւ՝ ներդնել կառավարման միջազգային ստանդարտներ: Ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման համար «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը 2016թ.-ից բանակցություններ է վարել միջազգային առաջատար ներդրումային կառույցների հետ: Այսօր ստորագրված են պայմանագրեր Ասիական զարգացման բանկի, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ), ինչպես նաև Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ: Բացի այդ, շարունակվում են բանակցություններն այլ ֆինանսական կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ՝ առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներգրավելու նպատակով:
