«Անսասան եղբայրություն-2019» նշանաբանով հունիսի 7-11-ը անցկացվելիք թուրք-ադրբեջանական մարտավարական նշանակության զորավարժությունը առաջին հայացքից ուղղված է Հայաստանի դեմ, սակայն այն պետք է դիտարկել Իրանի կոնտեքստում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը։

 

Նրա գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է

 

«Թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունների հնարավոր նպատակը

 

«Անսասան եղբայրություն-2019» նշանաբանով հունիսի 7-11-ը անցկացվելիք թուրք-ադրբեջանական մարտավարական նշանակության զորավարժությունների նպատակը այնքան էլ միանշանակ չի։

 

Առաջին հայացքից այն ուղղված է Հայաստանի դեմ, սակայն դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ թուրքական զորքերը մոտակա ժամանակաշրջանում կարող են Հայաստանի դեմ օգտագործվել։

 

Նախ, ռուս-թուրքական տակտիկական մերձեցման ժամանակաշրջանում դա դժվար է պատկերացնել, նաև պետք է հաշվի առնել այն, որ Թուրքիան դեռ ՆԱՏՈ-ի անդամ է, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի, և հնարավոր կոնֆլիկտի դեպքում կարող է հեռու գնացող հետևանքներ ունենալ։

 

Այդ դեպքում որն է դրա նպատակը։ Նպատակը կարելի է փորձել հասկանալ Իրանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների, նաև Իրանում՝ ադրբեջանցիների ազգայնական, իսկ Ադրբեջանում՝ կրոնական մոլեռանդների հնարավոր ակտիվացումների կոնտեքստում։

 

Այդ զորավարժությունները առաջին հերթին պետք է դիտարկել Իրանի կոնտեքստում։

 

Մյուս կողմից, ծայրահեղ զարգացումների դեպքում, եթե այնպիսի իրավիճակ ստեղծվի, որ Իրանի կենտրոնական իշխանությունը կորցնի վերահսկողություն երկրի վրա, ապա Թուրքիան, ինչպես Սիրիայի դեպքում, անվտանգության նկատառումներով զորք կմտցնի Իրան, առաջին հերթին հարևան քրդաբնակ տարածքները, ինչին իրենք պետք է նախապատրաստված լինեն, ․․․ մենք էլ»։
