Չեխիայի դատարանը թույլատրել է Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնումը

Պրահայի քաղաքային դատարանը ՀՀ նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնման մասին որոշում է կայացրել: Այս մասին հայտարարել է դատարանի մամուլի խոսնակ Մարկետա Պուցին, հաղորդում է Tyden.cz-ը:
«Դատարանը հնարավոր է համարում Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնումը Հայաստան»,-ասել է նա:
Չեխական օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ արտահանձնման վերջնական որոշումը կկայացնի երկրի արդարադատության նախարարը:
Պրահայի դատարանի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ քիչ հավանական է, որ գերատեսչության ղեկավար Մարիա Բենեշովան այդ հարցով այլ տեսակետ ունենա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նարեկ Սարգսյանին ձերբակալել էին Պրահայում անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին: Փաստաթղթերի ստուգման ժամանակ նա ներկայացրել էր Գվատեմալայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ֆրանկլին Գոնսալես անունով:
2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնման մասին հարցումն ուղարկվել էր Պրահա:
37-ամյա Նարեկ Սարգսյանը նախկին պատգամավոր Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի որդին է և ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդին: Նա 2018 թվականի ամառվանից գտնվում է միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ: Նարեկ Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում է զենքի անօրինական պահման և թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ:
