ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Հետաքրքրությամբ ընթերցեցի ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակի մեկնաբանությունը Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ՝ հրադադարի խախտման մեղադրանքների վերաբերյալ։

Ինչ խոսք, բովանդակությունը խիստ էր եւ հստակ։ Միաժամանակ չեմ կարող չմատնանշել մի շարք սկզբունքային նկատառումներ։

1. Տեղեկատվական դարաշրջանում արագացել է նաեւ արտաքին քաղաքական ռիթմը։ Համաձայնեք, որ ադրբեջանական ապատեղեկատվությանը 1.5 օր անց պատասխանելը ուշացած է։

2. Նման ճիշտ եւ ողջունելի կոշտությամբ հայտարարությունները պետք է հնչեն առնվազն ԱԳ նախարարի, եթե չասեմ՝ վարչապետի մակարդակով (հարգանքով Աննա Նաղդալյանի հանդեպ)։

3. Տեղին կլիներ նման հայտարարություն անել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների տարածաշրջանային այցի ընթացքում, մինչեւ խմբի երեկվա հայտարարությունը։

4. Լավ է, որ ԱԳՆ-ն հիշատակել է Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների մասին։ Սակայն դրանց մասին պետք էր հիշել միշտ, ողջ բանակցային գործընթացում։ Ստեղծվում է կայուն տպավորություն, որ գործող իշխանությունները հիշում են այդ պայմանավորվածությունների մասին միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ Դուշանբեի հայտնի «վերելակը խաթարվում» է եւ Ալիեւը հեշտությամբ իր վրայից գցում է ոտքի վրա ձեռքբերված համաձայնությունը։

5. Եւ վերջապես, Արցախի հարցով կոշտացրեք ձեր խոսքն ու կեցվածքը երկրից դուրս, քանզի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների վերջին հայտարարությունները վկայում են հակառակի մասին»։
