«Հյուսիս-հարավի» թեման գնալով բարդանում է
POLITICSՆախօրեին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների փոխնախարար Բագրատ Բադալ յանը հայտարարել էր, որ «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի» հիմնական կապալառու «Կորսան Կորվելան» իսպանական ընկերությունը, որն իրականացնում է Աշտարակից Թալին ճանապարհահատվածի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները, սննկացման եզրին է, և մայրուղու շինաշխատանքների հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջացել: Փորձագետների գնահատմամբ, առաջիկայում շինաշխատանքներ իրականացնելու մրցույթի անցկացման առումով լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջանալու, քանզի տեղեկություններ կան, որ ընկերություններն ուղղակի խուսափում են մտնել այդ «թեմայի տակ»:
Կապալառուները նաև լուրջ խնդիրներ են տեսնում գումարային հատկացումների հետ կապված, քանի որ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչ աղբյուրներից են դրանք հատկացվելու: Ի դեպ, դատախազությունը օրեր առաջ հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել, որ «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցք» ծրագրին վերաբերող քրգործի նախաքննությամբ «անապրանք» գործարքների, հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու և այլ բազմաթիվ հանցավոր դրսևորումներ են բացահայտվել։ «Փաստ» թերթն իր հրապարակումներից մեկում նշել էր, որ առաջիկայում նոր աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ են սպասվում Հյուսիս-հարավ ավտոմայրուղու շինաշխատանքների մասով: Թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ավտոճանապարհի հետ կապված երեք քրեական գործերով «անցնում» է նաև տրանսպորտի և կապի նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը. այս տեղեկատվության հետ կապված՝ լուրեր կան, որ կլինեն նոր զարգացումներ:
