Այնպես ստացվեց, որ Հանրապետության օրը՝ Մայիսի 28-ը, նշանավորվեց նախկին նախագահների հրապարակային «վերադարձով»։ Երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն իր աջակիցների հետ հանդիպում ունեցավ «Կոնգրես» հյուրանոցում։ Քոչարյանն ակնհայտորեն ակտիվանում է, թեպետ նախօրեին դեռ չհստակեցվեց այն ձևաչափը, որով երկրորդ նախագահը մասնակցելու է երկրի քաղաքական կյանքին։

Հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ, Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ ՀՀԿ անդամների հետ ուխտագնացություն է կատարել Սպիտակավոր Սուրբ Աստվածածին վանական համալիր, որի տարածքում են գտնվում պետական, ռազմական, հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչ Գարեգին Նժդեհի մասունքները։ Հանրապետականներն իրենց ուխտագնացության հիմքում նշում են ազգային միասնության խորհուրդը, սակայն, կարծում եմ, բոլորն են հասկանում այս ուխտագնացության, հատկապես՝ դրա հրապարակայնացման քաղաքական ենթատեքստը։

Այսպիսով՝ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ նախկին նախագահները, որոնք մեկ տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխության հիմնական թիրախներն էին, ակտիվանում են։ Ընդ որում՝ դժվար է ասել՝ նրանց համաժամանակյա ակտիվությունը համաձայնեցվա՞ծ է, թե՞ տեղի է ունենում ավտոնոմ ռեժիմով։ Պաշտոնապես հաստատված փաստ է, որ օրերս Քոչարյանի առանձնատանը տեղի է ունեցել երկրորդ ու երրորդ նախագահների հանդիպումը, սակայն դրա մասին տեղեկատվությունը շատ ժլատ է ու հետևություններ անելու հնարավորություն չի ընձեռում։

Թվում է՝ մեկ տարին շատ քիչ ժամանակ է, որ նախկինները կարողանան քաղաքական դաշտում ռեստավրացվել, սակայն, ինչքան էլ պարադոքսալ հնչի, տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները բնական են։ Հեղափոխության թիմը՝ «սևի» ու «սպիտակի» իր անարդյունավետ ու ոչ մի տեղ չտանող քաղաքականությամբ, միանգամայն լեգիտիմացրել է Քոչարյանի ու ՀՀԿ-ի քաղաքական հայտը, մանավանդ, որ հեղափոխական էյֆորիան օբյեկտիվորեն նահանջել է, իսկ հասարակությունն այլընտրանքի փնտրտուքների մեջ է։ Իշխանության «բարիկադային» քաղաքականությունը դեռևս չի նպաստում երկրում նոր ընդդիմության ձևավորմանը, ու բնական է, որ հասարակության մի մասի համար ընդդիմության դերում դիտարկվում են Քոչարյանը կամ ՀՀԿ-ն։

Մյուս կողմից՝ շատ ավելի դրական է, եթե նախկինները բաց հրապարակային քաղաքականության միջոցով են ներկայանում հասարակությանը՝ քաղաքական կյանքին մասնակցելով լեգալ ձևաչափերում։ Այս հարթության վրա շատ բնական ու հանգիստ պետք է վերաբերվել նաև նախկինների հետ ասոցացվող քաղաքական նոր նախաձեռնություններին, որոնք գուցե անսովոր են կարգախոսների կամ գործունեության մոտիվների առումով, սակայն փորձում են լեգալացնել տարբեր խմբերի քաղաքական գործունեությունը։ Չգիտեմ՝ ինչ արդյունավետություն կունենան, օրինակ, «Վետո» շարժումը կամ «Ադեկվադ» կուսակցությունը, սակայն եթե դրանք ստեղծվում են, խորհելու առիթ պետք է ունենա ոչ թե հասարակությունը, այլ հեղափոխության թիմը, որն անցած մեկ տարում իր քայլերով ձևավորել է հսկայական վակուում։
