 Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական զարգացումների առումով  բարդ պայմանների առկայության պարագայում առավել քան կարևոր է համարում պետական ռեսուրսների հիմնավորված և ռացիոնալ օգտագործումը: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը ԱԺ նախագահը նկատեց, որ Հայաստանի կարիքները բազմաթիվ են, իսկ միջոցները՝ սուղ: «Կուտակված խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն քայլ առ քայլ՝ Ազգային ժողովի և կառավարության, բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի սերտ համագործակցության միջոցով: Առավել քան երբևէ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ջանքերի համախմբում՝ արտաքին մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու և դժվարություններն արժանավայել հաղթահարելու համար»,-  նշեց ԱԺ նախագահը:

Գալուստ Սահակյանը նկատեց՝ իշխանությունները գիտեն, որ երկրում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կան, որոնց լուծումը պահանջում է երկար ժամանակ և մեծածավալ ռեսուրսներ: «Ցանկանում եմ ձեզ հավաստիացնել, որ մենք լի ենք վճռականությամբ՝ ապահովել մեր երկրի զարգացումը և արժանավայել կյանք մեր քաղաքացիների համար: Մենք կողմնակից ենք համագործակցության՝ հանուն երկրի բարօրության, հանուն մեր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցիկ կյանքի: Մեր գերխնդիրը երկրի զարգացումն ու հզորացումն է, որին հասնելու համար ունենք և քաղաքական կամք, և հստակ մշակված ծրագրեր»,- շեշտեց նա:

Ազգային ժողովը շարունակում է քննարկել ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը: Պատգամավորները ելույթներ են ունենում՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց կարծիքները կառավարութփյան ներկայացրած  պետական բյուջեի նախագծի վերաբերյալ:
