Գեյշան կանացիության ընդունված էտալոններից մեկն է ամբողջ աշխարհում։ Նրանք այս արվեստը սկսում են սովորել դեռ մանուկ հասակից և այդ ուսումը տևում է մի քանի տարի։ Գաղտնիքների մեծ մասը փոխանցվում է ուսուցչից՝ աշակերտուհուն։ Սակայն այդ գաղտնիքների մի մասը ժամանակի ընթացքում դարձել է հասանելի, որը կփորձենք ներկայացնել ձեզ։

Խոսք

Գեյշայի խոսքը շատ լավ է հղկված։ Նրանց բառապաշարը շատ հարուստ է։ Ձայն շատ նուրբ է և թավշյա։ Խոսակցությունը ճիշտ ուղով տանելու արվեստը նրանք սովորում են մի քանի տարի։ Սակայն մի քանի խոհուրդներ կօգնեն կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ստանալ նկատելի արդյունքներ։

  • Ձայնագրեք ձեր խոսքը։ Փորձարկումներ կատարեք տոնայնության հետ։ Խոսքը պետք է սահուն լինի։
  • Ազատվեք մակաբույծ բառերից։
  • Միշտ նախօրոք մտածեք, թե ինչ եք ցանկանում ասել, որպեսզի կրկնություններն ու անտեղի դադարները քիչ լինեն։

Ձեռքեր

Գեյշաների ձեռքերը միշտ տեսանելի են և միևնույն ժամանակ  հիմնական «աշխատանքային գործիքներից» մեկը։ Ձեռքերը միշտ պետք է խնամված լինեն։ Ավելին, որքան էլ տարօրինակ չհնչի՝ պետք է կարողանաք ճիշտ օգտվել ձեր ձեռքերից։

  • Կարևոր է միշտ մնալ էլեգանտ։ Օրինակ, երբ հարկավոր է սեղանի վրայով որևէ բան փոխանցել, ապա պետք է արմունկները հպել մարմնին, որպեսզի սեղանի վրայից ոչինչ չգցել։
  • Եղունգները նույնպես պետք է խնամված լինեն։ Ժամանակ հատկացրեք ձեռքրը քսուքներով խնամելու համար։

Գիտելիք և տեղեկացվածություն

Մարդկանց հետ հեշտ շփվելու գեյշաների «գաղտնիքներից» մեկը հյուրի մասին նախօրոք տեղեկություններ հավաքելն էր։ Այսօր տեղեկություն հավաքելն ավելի հեշտ է դարձել․ հանդիպումից առաջ ուսումնասիրեք նրա սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերը և տեղեկություններ հավաքեք նրա մասին։ Մարդու մասին թեկուզ չնչին բան իմանալով դուք կարող եք հարաբերություններ ստեղծել և դրական իմիջ ձևավորել։

Մարմնի լեզու

Գեյշաները հիանալիորեն տիրապետում են մարմնի լեզվին, քանի որ այդ լեզվով հաճախ ավելի շատ բան է հնարավոր ասել, քան բառերով։

  • Աշխատեք չլարվել։ Դրա համար շնչեք քթով։ Հետո հաշվեք մինչև 5-ը և դանդաղ արտաշնչեք։ Այդպես դուք կարող եք հանգցտացնել նաև ձեր զրուցակցին։
  • Բոլոր շարժումները պետք է լինեն սահուն և գեղեցիկ, միևնույն ժամանակ վստահ և հստակ։
  • Ոտքերը պետք չէ խաչել։ Առաջինն այն փակ դիրք է։ Եվ երկրորդ, գեյշաները խուսափում էին այս դիրքից՝ ապագայում առողջության հետ խնդիրներ չունենալու համար։
  • Հայացքն ավելի խորաթափանց դարձնելու համար կարելի է կատարել հետևյալ վարժությունը։ Ամեն առավոտ կոպերը փակելով պտտեք աչքերը։ Ժամանակակից ֆոտոմոդելները նկարահանումներից առաջ նմանատիպ հնարք են օգտագործում։
