«Դա շտապ հավաք էր. որտե՞ղ եք դուք ճնշում տեսել». Օսիպյանը՝ դատարանների ելքերն ու մուտքերը արգելափակելու մասին
VIDEOԴա շտապ հավաք էր, իսկ որտե՞ղ է գրված, որ շտապ հավաք չէր: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 28-ին, Սարդարապատում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչով քաղաքացիների կողմից դատարանների մուտքերն ու ելքերը արգելափակելուն:
« Ստեղծված իրադարձության շուրջ անհրաժեշտ էր շտապ հավաք եւ շտապ հավաք են արել: Ինչի նախկինում չի՞ եղել նման բան»,-ասաց Օսիպյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, որ դա վարչապետի հորդորով է արվել, նա արձագանքեց. «Բաց ի՞նչ կապ ունի ում կողմից է: Հավաքների ազատության մասին օրենքում նշված չի՝ վարչապետն իրավունք ունի-չունի, թե՞ դուք իրավունք չունեք: Շտապ հավաքը մնում է շտապ հավաք: Շտապ հավաքի հիմքն այն է, որ ստեղծված իրադարձության շուրջ որեւէ մի հարց շտապ հանրությանը հասանելի դարձնելու համար»:
Օսիպյանը այդ ակցիայի մեջ դատարանների նկատմամբ ճնշում չի տեսնում. «Որտե՞ղ եք դուք ճնշում տեսել»:
Հիշեցմանը, որ երբ վարչապետը կոչ է անում ընդդեմ դատական իշխանության գործողություններ իրականացնել, դա ճնշում չէ՞, նա արձագանքեց. «Ես չեմ կարող ոչ էլ ինձ իրավունք կվերապահեմ այստեղ մեկնաբանել վարչապետի գործողությունները»:
