Հարկային համակարգում արմատական բարեփոխումները ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից են. Տիգրան Ավինյան
POLITICSՄայիսի 27-ին ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում տեղի է ունեցել «Աջակցություն հարկային վարչարարության և քաղաքականության առաջնորդմանը» (STAPL) ծրագրի մեկնարկին նվիրված միջոցառումը, որին ներկա է գտնվել և ելույթով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից:
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ փոխվարչապետը շեշտել է, որ հարկային համակարգում և հարկային վարչարարության մեջ արմատական բարեփոխումների իրականացումը ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից են, որոնք կարևոր տեղ ունեն նաև ներառական տնտեսական աճի վրա հիմնված տնտեսություն կառուցելու կառավարության ջանքերում: Այս համատեքստում նշվել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մեծ հավանության է արժանացել մեկնարկող ծրագիրը:
Տիգրան Ավինյանը կարևորել է այն հանգամանքը, որ ծրագիրը մշակողները համապարփակ մոտեցում են որդեգրել` ուշադրություն դարձնելով ինչպես ՊԵԿ-ի կարողությունների մեծացմանն ու օրենսդրական կարգավորումների բարելավմանը, այնպես էլ հարկ վճարողների իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանը ու հարկային մարմին-հարկ վճարողներ հաղորդակցության մեխանիզմների զարգացմանը:
Իր խոսքում փոխվարչապետը բարձր է գնահատել ծրագիրն իրականացնող Համաշխարհային բանկի և Միացյալ Թագավորության կառավարության «Լավ կառավարման հիմնադրամի» աջակցությունը նախաձեռնության իրականացման գործում:
Ավարտելով իր խոսքը՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ արդեն մոտ ապագայում թե՛ հարկ վճարողները, թե՛ կառավարությունն ու հասարակությունը կտեսնեն «Աջակցություն հարկային վարչարարության և քաղաքականության առաջնորդմանը» ծրագրի վերջնաարդյունքների գործնական կիրառումը:
