Այն երկիրը, որտեղ ներկայում ամենաշատ ֆիլմերն են նկարահանվում, Հնդկաստանն է. ամեն տարի մոտ 750 գեղարվեստական ֆիլմ, այսինքն օրական 2 ֆիլմ:
«Կնքահայրը» ֆիլմի հայտնի ձիու գլուխը իսկական է եղել: Ֆիլմի պրոդյուսերը ստացել է այն մի ընկերությունից, որտեղ շների կեր են արտադրել:
«Աստղային պատերազմներ» ֆիլմի Չուբակկայի կերպարը ստեղծելու համար Ջորջ Լուկասին ոգեշնչել է իր շունը, որը միշտ նստել է իր մեքենայի առաջնային մասում: Իսկ Չուբակկա անունը հորինվել է ռուսերեն «собака» բառի հիման վրա:
Ռեժիսոր Ալան Սմիթին (անգլ. Alan Smithee, Allen Smithee, Alan Smythee, կամ Adam Smithee)՝ կեղծանուն է, որն օգտագործվում է այն դեպքերում, երբռեժիսորը ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հրաժարվում է նշել իր անունը ֆիլմերի գրություններում:
Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայում 555-0100 մինչեւ 555-0199 կոդով հեռախոսահամարները հատուկ հատկացված են հեռուստասերիալների,ֆիլմերի,համակարգչային խաղերի և այլ գեղարվեստական գործերի մեջ օգտագործման համար:
