ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահները Երևանին և Բաքվին կփոխանցեն գերիների վերաբերյալ իրենց առաջարկները. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները մայիսի վերջին տարածաշրջան կատարելիք այցի շրջանակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կողմերին կփոխանցեն գերիների վերաբերյալ առաջարկները: Այս մասին ադրբեջանական Trend գործակալությանը հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարարությունից՝ պատասխանելով ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց սկզբունքով գերիների փոխանակման, այդպիսով հակամարտության գոտիներում վստահության մթնոլորտի ստեղծման և այդ գաղափարը  ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման շրջանակում կիրառելու» վերաբերյալ հայտարարության մասին հարցին:

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն այս հարցով նախապատրաստել են համապատասխան առաջարկներ, որոնք նրանք մտադիր են ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսի վերջին տարածաշրջան կատարելիք այցի շրջանակում փոխանցել կողմերին»,-հայտնել են ԱԳՆ-ից:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից հիշեցրել են, որ 2010թ. հոկտեմբերին Աստրախանում կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՌԴ, ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջև ռազմական ոլորտում վստահության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերի հարցն է քննարկվել:

«Այս նպատակով պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների և Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչների աջակցությամբ գերիների փոխանակման վերաբերյալ: Բաքուն և Երևանը, բացառապես ելնելով նման հարցերի մարդասիրական բնույթից, պայմանավորվել են ապագայում առաջնորդվել այդ մոտեցմամբ: Ենթադրում ենք, որ այս պայմանավորվածությունը պահպանում է իր արդիականությունը: Գերիների փոխանակման հարցի շուրջ խորհրդակցությունները շարունակվում են»,-հայտնել են ԱԳՆ-ից:

ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունում նաև մանրամասնել են, որ  Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարները վերջերս կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել փոխադարձ հիմքով քայլեր ձեռնարկել գերիների մոտ հարազատներին թողնելու ուղղությամբ:
