ՔՊ ներսում օլիգարխիկ շահերի բախումը կարծես թե հասնում է իր գագաթնակետին: Համենայն դեպս, հասել ենք մի փուլի, երբ այդ շահերn ակնհայտորեն, նույնիսկ հանրայնորեն բախվում են ոչ այլ տեղ, քան խորհրդարանում: Այսօր, օրինակ, ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստի թեժությունն ապահովեցին ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը և իր կուսակից ընկեր Հայկ Սարգսյանը, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի ասել՝ մենք` ականատես եղանք «Վիվառո» և «Գուդվին» ընկերությունների հերթական բախմանը` ի դեմս ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների:
 
Այլևս գաղտնիք չէ, որ վիճակաղերի մասին օրենքի հայտնի և արդեն սկանդալային դարձած նախագիծը խորհրդարան է բերել հենց Սիմոնյանը և այն շատ պատահական կերպով ամբողջությամբ համընկնում է «Վիվառո» ընկերության կոմերցիոն շահերին: Այն «Վիվառո»-ի, որի սեփականատեր Վիգեն Բադալյանի հետ ընկերական կապի մեջ է: Որոշ խոսակցությունների համաձայն՝ անգամ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի RANGE ROVER EVOQUE մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան նրա համար գնել է հենց Բադալյանը: Իսկ Հայկ Սարգսյանն ակնհայտորեն փորձել և փորձում է օրենքը վերակարել «Գուդվին» ընկերության շահերին համապատասխան, քանի որ ընկերության սեփականատերեր Արա և Ալիկ Բանդուրյաններն էլ իրենց հերթին ակտիվորեն աջակցել են Սարգսյանին՝ վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Ի դեպ, որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster մոդելի շքեղ մեքենան, որի ղեկին վերջերս նկատվել է Սարգսյանը և որի շուկայական արժեքը շուրջ 150 հազար դոլար է՝ նվեր է պատգամավորին հենց «Գուդվին» ընկերության շահերի լոբբինգն իրականացնելու դիմաց։
 

 

Ըստ էության, օլիգարխիկ շահերի բախումը ՔՊ-ում այլևս չի հաջողվում թաքցնել հանրության աչքից: Անգամ հանձնաժողովի նիստի ընթացքում Ալեն Սիմոնյանը չի զլանում առիթից օգտվելով՝ Սարգսյանին «իր տեղը» ցույց տալ՝ էլ ավելի ակնհայտ դարձնելով քաղաքական թիմի ներսում առկա լարվածությունը և հակասությունները: Մինչդեռ թվում էր, թե նման երևույթները նոր Հայաստանում, այն էլ՝ հեղափոխական թիմում պետք է շուտվանից արմատախիլ արված լինեին, և առաջինը հենց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը պետք է կասեցներ փողի համար իր թիմի ներսում մղվող դաժան «մարտերը», որոնք պատիվ չեն բերում ո՛չ թիմին, ո՛չ էլ, առավել ևս, վարչապետին: Ինչի՞ կհանգեցնի Փաշինյանի թիմի երկու ֆավորիտների այս բացահայտ առճակատումը, ո՞ւմ կողմը կբռնի վարչապետը և ո՞ւմ «ժերտվա» կտա շահերի բախման այս համատեքստում՝ կնախընտրի պաշտպանել «Վիվառո»-ի՞,  թե՞ «Գուդվին»-ի կոմերցիոն շահերը:  Հասկանալի է, որ թե՛ Սիմոնյանը, թե՛ Սարգսյանը Փաշինյանի թիմի առանցքային դեմքերից են և այս առումով, վարչապետի խնդիրը բարդ է լինելու...
