Ադրբեջանում կալանվորված ընդդիմադիրին անհայտ ուղղությամբ են տարել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի Ազգային ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության համագումարի անցկացման կազմակերպչական կոմիտեի նախագահ եւ Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդական շարժման վարչության անդամ Իլյաս Աբդուլաեւը մայիսի 18-ի ձերբակալվել է ոստիկանության կողմից: Turan-ին այս մասին հայտնել է Աբդուլաեւի փաստաբան Յավեր Հուսեյնը:
«Իլյաս Աբդուլաեւինն տարել են ՆԳՆ կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչություն: Մայիսի 20-ին ես այնտեղ էի եւ ինձ ոչ պաշտոնապես ասացին, որ Աբդուլաեւն այդ վարչությունում չէ: Ես դիմեցի գլխավոր դատախազություն եւ ՆԳՆ, որ ինձ թույլ չեն տալիս կապ հաստատել իմ պաշտպանյալի հետ, ինչը իմ պաշտպանյալի իրավունքների եւ իմ փաստաբանական լիազորությունների խախտում է», - ասել է փաստաբանը: Մայիսի 21-ին նա նորից պատրաստվում է ՆԳՆ կազմակերպվաած հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչություն գնալ՝ Աբդուլաեւի ճակատագիրը պարզելու համար:
«Այս հետապնդումները եւ ձերբակալությունները վերջին շրջանում կուսակցության ակտիվության արդյունք են», - նշվում է Ազգային ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության հաղորդագրությունում:
«Ադրբեջանի ապագան» կուսակցության նախագահ Ագասիֆ Շաքիրօղլուն իր հերթին հայտնել է մայիսի 19-ից իր կուսակցության անդամների ձերբակալության մասին:
«Մինչ օրս ձերբակալվել է մոտ 20 ակտիվիստ: Նրանց մի մասն ազատ է արձակվել, բայց 10 մարդ դեռեւս անազատության մեջ է: Նրանցից մեկը Յավեր Միխաիլովն է: Ընտանիքից հայտնել են, որ նրան պահում են Բաքվի ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում: Սակայն նրա հետ հանդիպումներ չեն թույլատրում:
Ոստիկանությունն, առանց դատարանի որոշման, կալանքի տակ կարող է պահել ընդամենը 48 ժամ: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ նրան վարչական կալանքի են ենթարկել», - ասել է Շաքիրօղլուն:
ՆԳն-ում չի հաջողվել մեկնաբանություն ստանալ:
Ադրբեջանի Ազգային ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունը հիմնադրվել է 2019 թվականի հունվարի 26-ին: Այդ կառույցում, որը հիմնվել է ՆԳ նախկին նախարար, նախագահ Իսկենդեր Համիդովի նախաձեռնությամբ, մտել են Դասական Ազգային ճակատի կուսակցությունը, Ադրբեջանի Ազգային ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունը, «Ումիդ» կուսակցությունը, Քաղաքացիների եւ զարգացման կուսակցությունը, Սպիտակ կուսակցությունը, Մեծ Ադրբեջան կուսակցությունը (առաջնորդ Էլշադ Մուսաեւը), մի շարք այլ փոքր կուսակցություններ, ինչպես նաեւ հասարակական ակտիվիստներ եւ մտավորականներ:
