Հայաստանն այդպես էլ զբոսաշրջության համար գրավիչ չի դառնում: Օրինակ՝ անցյալ տարի Վրաստան է այցելել ռեկորդային թվով օտարերկրացի զբոսաշրջիկ՝ 8,6 մլն մարդ, այսինքն՝ մոտ 15 տոկոսով ավելի, քան մեկ տարի առաջ: Պարզվում է՝ նախորդ տարի ամենամեծ թվով զբոսաշրջիկներ Վրաստան են ժամանել Ադրբեջանից՝ 1,4 մլն մարդ: Երրորդ տեղում Հայաստանն է, որտեղից Վրաստան է ժամանել 1,3 մլն մարդ: Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ ՀՀ-ից Վրաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը գրեթե հավասար է արտերկրից Հայաստան ժամանող զբոսաշրջիկների թվին: Ըստ ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի, անցած տարվա հունվարդեկտեմբերին Հայաստան ժամանել է 1 մլն 651 հազար 782 զբոսաշրջիկ, իսկ 2017 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ժամանած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը կազմել է 1 մլն 494 հազար 779 մարդ: Այսինքն՝ մեր հարևան Վրաստան մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ է զբոսաշրջիկ այցելում, քան Հայաստան: Ընդ որում, Վրաստան են այցելում նաև զբոսաշրջիկներ Իրանից, մինչդեռ ոչ վաղ անցյալում իրանցիների սիրելի վայրը ՀՀ-ն Վրաստանը միայն զբոսաշրջության շնորհիվ տարեկան ունենում է մոտ երկու միլիարդ դոլար եկամուտ։ Ինչքան էլ ցավալի է խոստովանել, անգամ թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, որը Հայաստանը ճանաչելի դարձրեց արտաքին աշխարհում, չի նպաստել զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը։ Վիճակագրական թվերը փաստում են մեկ տարվա ընթացքում զբոսաշրջիկների թվի աննշան աճի մասին։

Սա լրջագույնս խորհելու առիթ պետք է տա մեր իշխանություններին, որոնց հաճախ թվում է՝ հեղափոխությունը բրենդավորելով ու դրա մասին միջազգային հարթակներում խոսելով՝ կարող են նպաստել մեր երկրի վարկի բարձրացմանը։ Նման բան տեղի ունենալ չի կարող, որովհետև զբոսաշրջիկներին երկիր բերում են ոչ թե պետության առաջին դեմքի գեղեցիկ, պերճախոս ելույթները, այլ, առաջին հերթին, համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքների գոյությունը։ Եթե շատ հեռուն չգնանք, ապա կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ, օրինակ՝ ՀայաստանՎրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի հայաստանյան հատվածը գտնվում է, մեղմ ասած, անմխիթար վիճակում, ինչն արդեն անբարենպաստ համատեքստ է տուրիզմի զարգացման համատեքստում։

Հայաստանում գուցե սպասարկման ծառայությունների որակը իսկապես գտնվում է բավարար մակարդակի վրա, սակայն հատկապես մարզերում տարածված չէ փոքր հյուրանոցների ցանցը, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ ոլորտի, այսպես ասած, խոշոր խաղացողները խաղի կանոններ են թելադրում, ինչի հետևանքով Քոբուլեթիում հանգիստ կազմակերպելը մի քանի անգամ էժան է, քան Ծաղկաձորում՝ նույնիսկ հայաստանցի ընտանիքների համար։ Նման իրավիճակում ինքնին պարզ է, որ նույնիսկ համարժեք չէ խոսել զբոսաշրջության զարգացման մասին, ու պատահական չէ, որ մեր հարևան իրանցիներն անգամ Վրաստանը սկսել են գերադասել Հայաստանից։

Եվ վերջապես՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները պետք է գիտակցեն, որ հնարավորինս արագ պետք է հաղթահարել, այսպես կոչված, հեղափոխության ադապտացիայի շրջանը, որովհետև օտարերկրացիները գերադասում են իրենց հանգիստն անցկացնել այնպիսի երկրներում, որտեղ պարբերաբար ճանապարհներ չեն փակվում, կամ ընդունված չէ ոմանց «ասֆատին պառկեցնելու» ու «պատերին ծեփելու» պրակտիկան։
