Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կոչ է արել այսօր առավոտյան արգելափակել բոլոր դատարանների դռները այնպես, որ ոչ ոք ներս չմտնի։ Իսկ ավելի վաղ նա նշել էր, որ հայտարարելու է հեղափոխության ամենակարևոր փուլի մեկնարկը։ Թեև մի փոքր զավեշտալի է, քանի որ հեղափոխության երկրորդ փուլը տնտեսական հեղափոխությունն էր, որում, ինչպես գիտենք՝ դեռևս սայլը տեղից չի շարժվել:
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վտանգավոր խաղ է խաղում, գործադիր մարմինն այսպիսով ցանկանում է ճնշել դատական իշխանությանը, ինչի իրավունքը սահմանադրությամբ չունի: Սահմանադրությամբ երաշխավորվում է իշխանությունների բաժանումը և իշխանության թևերի անկախությունը, զսպումների և հակակշիռների համակարգը։ ՀՀ գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարն իր կոչով առերևույթ խախտում է Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված իշխանությունների բաժանման սկզբունքը, կոպտագույն ձևով միջամտելով դատական իշխանության գործունեությանը։ Արդյո՞ք Փաշինյանը գիտակցում է իր քայլի քաղաքական և իրավական հետևանքները: Ընդ որում, ժողովրդավարական երկրում իրավական հետևանքներն արդեն իսկ պետք է տեսանելի լինեին, քանի որ տեղի ունեցողը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման փորձ:
 
Փաշինյանը ուներ մեկ տարի դատական համակարգում իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունների շրջանակում ռեֆորմներ իրականացնել: Սակայն վարչապետը նախընտրել է այս ողջ ընթացքում «թիթեռ նկարել», մեկ-մեկ էլ ասֆալտին փռելու ակցիաներով վախեցնել հակահեղափոխության ուրվականին: Այսօր Փաշինյանին անհրաժեշտ է ներդնել անցումային արդարադատության մեխանիզմը, սակայն այս նախաձեռնությունը չի ստացել աջակցություն ոչ Հայաստանի ներսում, ոչ առավել ևս՝ դրսում: Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանի ծրագրերը հասկանալի են՝ մեկ-երկու օր դատարանների դռները արգելափակելով, կոլապսի ենթարկելով իշխանության երրորդ, հիշեցնենք՝ անկախ ճյուղի աշխատանքները, վարչապետը այնուհետև կհայտարարի, որ կա անցումային արդարադատության մեխանիզմի ներդրման հանրային պահանջ: Ըստ այդմ էլ՝ հակօրինական «սամասուդը» կդառնա Փաշինյանի վերջին քայլը՝ Հայաստանում դիկտատուրան խորացնելու համատեքստում: Միջազգային արձագանքը, ի դեպ, չի ուշացել՝ Freedom House-ի  փորձագետները արդեն իսկ փաստում են, որ Հայաստանում տեղի է ունենում սպասված գործընթաց, որից և պետք էր խուսափել, այն է՝ Փաշինյանը գլորվում է պոպուլիզմի անդունդը: Սակայն Փաշինյանին նման գնահատականները կարծես թե չեն հուզում և նա վճռական է աթոռը պահելու համար գնալ ցնցումների: Թե ինչի է սա հանգեցնելու, դժվար չէ կռահել։
