VIDEOԴիմում եմ դատարանների մուտքերն ու ելքերը արգելափակած մեր հայրենակիցներին. խնդրում եմ ժամը 13.30-ից վերացնել բոլոր դատարանների արգելափակումը: Այս մասին Facebook-ի ուղիղ եթերում նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այսօրվա ակցիան ծառայեց իր նպատակին, Հայաստանում անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալու գործընթացը սկսված է եւ այլեւս անշրջելի:
«Հիմա սկսվում են անկախ դատական համակարգի ստեղծմանն ուղղված կոնկրետ գործողություններ: Դրանց վերաբերյալ մենք քննարկումներ ունեցանք, այդ աշծխատանքների վերաբերյալ բաժանումներ արեցինք կառավարության, ԱԺ-ի, այլ մարմինների միջեւ: Այդ աշխատանքն անպայման կարվի:
Սա նաեւ մի միջոց էր ի ցույց դնելու այն հանրային վրդովմունքը, որ գոյություն ունի ընդհանրապես անարդար դատական համակարգի գոյության կապակցությամբ եւ մենք տեսնում էինք, որ ՀՀ-ում իսկապես ընդդեմ դատական համակարգի տարերային պրոցեսներ են տեղի ունենում, բողոքներ են տեղի ունենում:
Շատ կարեւոր էր այդ տարերային պրոցեսների բովանդակային վերափոխումն ի նպաստ ՀՀ-ում անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալու: Շատ կարեւոր էր արձանագրելու, որ այդ հարցում ժողովուրդը, կառավարությունը չունեն հակասություն, որովհետեւ եթե այդպիսի ցույցեր են տեղի ունենում, կարող է տպավորություն լինել, որ ժողովուրդը մի բան է ուզում, կառավարությունն այլ բան: Այսօր կառավարությունն, ըստ էության, միացավ ժողովրդի պահանջին, թեեւ անջատված էլ չէր ժողովրդի պահանջից»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ հիմա բոլորին ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում չի կարող լինել դատական համակարգ, որի իշխանությունը չի բխում ժողովրդից. «Դա կարծում եմ՝ բոլորը տեսան եւ բոլորը տեսան, որ դատական գործերին ապօրինի միջամտություններն արժանանալու են խիստ հակազդեցության: Այդ հակազդեցությունը լինելու է համաժողովրդական: Մեր նպատակը ՀՀ-ում իսկապես անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալն է:
Ես ենթադրում եմ, որ թերեւս այսօրվա ակցիայի պատճառով ինչ-որ դատական գործեր հետաձգվել են: Ես ուզում եմ բոլոր այն քաղաքացիների, որոնց դատական իրավունքների, պաշտպանության իրավունքի իրացումը մի քանի ժամով հետաձգվել է, ուզում եմ բոլոր այդ քաղաքացիներից ներողություն խնդրել:
Հույս ունեմ, որ իրենք գիտակցում են, որ այս նպատակն իրենց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը խոչընդոտելը չէ, այլ նպատակն իրենց իրավունքների պաշտպանության ինստիտուցիոնալ երախիքներ ստեղծելն է: Որ իրենց իրավունքի պաշտպանությունը կախված չլինի կառավարության քմահաճույքից, անկախ նրանից, թե որ կառավարությունն է գործում, որ Հայաստանում իսկապես գործի անկախ դատական համակարգ»:
Նա դիմեց դատարանների մուտքերը փակած քաղաքացիներին՝ նշելով. «Առավոտյան մի քիչ թրջվեցիք, ես չհասցրի գալ, երբ եկա թրջվելու, անձրեւն արդեն կտրվեց: Հույս ունեմ չեք մրսել, տաք թեյ խմեք եւ ամենակարեւորը դուխով: Ես երաշխավորում եմ, որ ձեր հաղթանակը, Հայաստանի քաղաքացու հաղթանակը անշրջելի է ՀՀ-ում: Բայց երաշխավորում եմ ոչ թե ինքս ինձնով, այլ երաշխավորում եմ ձեր կամքը տեսնելով, ձեր նվիրվածությունը տեսնելով, ձեր սկզբունքայնությունը տեսնելով, ձեր դուխը տեսնելով: Մեր նպատակն իրապես անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալն է եւ կասկած չունենանք, որ մենք իրար հետ կստեղծենք այդպիսի անկախ դատական համակարգ»:
