Իրավաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Արթուր Ղամբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Հարգելի՛ դատավորներ,

Հասարակության քաղաքական համակարգում դատարաններն ունեն կարևոր դերակատարություն և պատահական չէ, որ դատարանների դիրքորոշումը հաճախ է առաջացնում գործադիր իշխանության զայրույթը, հակադրությունը, իսկ առանձին դեպքերում նաև՝ կատաղի դիմադրությունը: Դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ բռնությունը և դրա կոչերը ծնվում են գործադիր և օրենսդիր իշխանության թուլությունից, դատական համակարգը՝ իրավունքի սկզբունքների հիման վրա բարեփոխելու սեփական անկարողությունից:

Այսօր հայկական դատական իշխանությունը գտնվում է ինքնապաշտպանության վիճակում: Հարգելի՛ դատավորներ, միայն ինստիտուցիոնալ ինքնապաշտպանական բնազդը կօգնի Ձեզ հաղթահարելու այս բարդ օրերը: Ցավոք, Ձեզ ոչ ոք այսօր չի օգնի, ձեր անվտանգությունը ոչ ոք չի ապահովի: Բայց Դուք ունեք մեծ իշխանություն ... :

Այս օրը հաղթահարելու դեպքում մենք կունենանք ուժեղ և, իրոք, անկախ դատական իշխանություն, դուք կվերականգնեք իրավաբանների կարիերայի ամենացանկալի պաշտոնի՝ դատավորի պաշտոնի կորսված հեղինակությունը:
