Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը մասնակցել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 70-ամյակին նվիրված նախարարական համաժողովին
POLITICSՄայիսի 17-ին աշխատանքային այցով Հելսինկիում գտնվող ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը մասնակցեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախարարների կոմիտեի 129-րդ նստաշրջանին, որը նվիրված էր նաեւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 70-ամյակին:
Հյուրերին ուղղված ողջույնի խոսքերով հանդես եկան Ֆինլանդիայի վարչապետ Յուխա Սիպիլյան, ԵԽ նախարարների կոմիտեի նախագահ Թիմո Սոինին եւ գլխավոր քարտուղար Թորբյորն Յագլանդը:
Նախարար Մնացականյանը, շնորհավորելով բոլորին կառույցի 70-ամյակի կապակցությամբ, իր ելույթում նշեց. «Մեր հավաքական հանձնառություններին ուղղված բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերների լույսի ներքո եվրոպական միասնությունը պարտադիր պահանջ է: Ժողովրդավարության արժեքների եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության անտեսումը, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց ձախողումների հանդուրժումը հանգեցնում են հավաքական ամնեզիայի: Մենք մոռանում ենք, որ ժողովրդավարությունը, մարդու իրավունքները եւ օրենքի գերակայությունն անցյալ 70 տարիների դժվարին աշխատանքի արդյունքն են: Մենք պետք է հիշենք, որ Եվրոպայում ժողովրդավարական հասարակության այլընտրանքներն աղետալի են: Համընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական եվրոպական տարածքը հենց այնպես չի տրվել: Թե՛ մեր ազգային եւ թե՛ մեր հավաքական եվրոպական հաստատությունները հետեւողական ապրապնդման կարիք ունեն»: Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Ֆինլանդիային Նախարարների խորհրդում արդյունավետ նախագահության համար եւ հաջողություն մաղթեց Ֆրանսիային իր հետագա նախաձեռնություններում:
Նստաշրջանի ավարտին կազմակերպության նախագահությունը Ֆինլանդիայից փոխանցվեց Ֆրանսիային:
Նախորդ օրը Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը մասնակցեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 70-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին:
