Պատգամավո՞ր, թե՞ հաղորդավար
POLITICSԱԺ-ի, ավելի ստույգ՝ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության հետ կապված թյուրիմացությունները շարունակվում են. խոսքը ոչ միայն աշխատանքի որակի, այլև աշխատելաոճի մասին է։ Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, մի քանի պատգամավորներ (այդ թվում՝ պաշտոն զբաղեցնող) իրենց, որպես պատգամավորի, աշխատանքի ամբողջ բեռը ևս թողել են աշխատակազմի ուսերին։ Եվ հարցը հենց աշխատակազմի գործառույթների մեջ մտնող աշխատանքներին չի վերաբերում: Արդյունքում, օրինակ՝ հանդիպումների, հանձնաժողովների և ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերի ժամանակ նրանց ելույթները գրում են ոչ թե հենց իրենք՝ «ղեկավար» պատգամավորները կամ իրենց օգնականները, այլ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի այս կամ այն վարչության կամ բաժնի աշխատակիցները։ Դա արվում է մի պարզ պատճառով՝ իրենք ուղղակի հեռու են քննարկվող ոլորտային հարցերի բուն բովանդակությունից և քաղաքական գրագետ ձևակերպումներ գտնելու ունակությունից։ Թերթի՝ ԱԺ աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, եթե նախորդ ԱԺ-ում աշխատակազմից ակտիվ պատգամավորներին ու ղեկավարներին այս կամ այն հարցի հետ կապված ուղղակի տրամադրվում էին համապատասխան տեղեկանքներ, իսկ ելույթների վրա պատգամավորները և քաղաքական ղեկավարությունն իրենք էին աշխատում իրենց օգնականների հետ, նոր իշխանավորներից ոմանք պահանջում են, որ աշխատակազմի աշխատակիցներն այդ տեղեկանքների հիման վրա ելույթ սարքեն։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, վերջերս մի առիթով ԱԺ աշխատակիցներից մեկը դժգոհելով ասել է, թե «սրանք դեպուտատ չեն, սրանք հաղորդավար են... Պատրաստի տեքստեր են ուզում կարդան և չեն ուզում աշխատել»։ Գուցե նույնիսկ հասկանալի է նման մոտեցումը, որովհետև փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն դեպքերում, երբ ստիպված են «սպոնտան» հարցերի պատասխանել, ոմանք այնպիսի հայտարարություններ են անում, որոնց տակից հետագայում չեն կարողանում դուրս գալ ողջ թիմով:
