ANALYSISՆախորդ տարվա նոյեմբեր ամսից սկսած, իշխանությունները հաճախ են խոսում ստվերային այգիների, այսպես կոչված, ջերմոցային մաֆիայի առկայության մասին: Անգամ նշվում էր, որ ստվերային հողեր գոյություն ունեն, որոնց բացահայտմանն ուղղված գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում և մոտ ապագայում մենք կտեսնենք ապօրինի հողօգտագործողների իրական դեմքերը:
Սակայն ամիսներն անցնում են, իսկ այս հարցում առաջընթաց չկա: Ավելին, ՀՀ Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետ Սարհատ Պետրոսյանն, օրինակ, հայտարարում է, որ Կադաստրի կոմիտեն իր գործառույթների իրականացման ժամանակ երբեմն առնչվում է «ստվերային» հողերի դեպքերի, բայց կոմիտեն չունի որպես այդպիսին տեսչական գործառույթներ, և բոլոր բացահայտումները ուղարկվում են իրավապահ մարմիններին: Որպես այդպիսին, սակայն, մեզ հայտնի չեն դեպքեր, երբ նմանատիպ քրեական գործեր հարուցված լինեն: Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև ջերմոցների և, այսպես կոչված, ջերմոցային մաֆիայի մասին:
