Մոսկվա-Երևան ավտոբուսի վթարի հիմնական վարկածը վարորդի անուշադրությունն է

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրավապահ մարմինները Տուլայի մոտ նոյեմբերի 3-ին տեղի ունեցած Մոսկվա-Երևան ավտոբուսի խոշոր վթարի հիմնական պատճառ են դիտարկում վարորդի անուշադրության վարկածը։
«Ավտոբուսի վթարի հիմնական վարկածը վարորդի անուշադրությունն է։ Ավտոբուսն ընթացել է 117 կմ/ժ արագությամբ, մինչդեռ ճանապարհի այդ հատվածում արագությունը սահմանափակված է մինչև 70 կմ/ժ: Տրանսպորտային միջոցը վերանորոգման է ենթարկվել երթուղի դուրս գալուց մի քանի ժամ առաջ, բայց փորձաքննություն, ամեն դեպքում, նշանակվել է»,- ինչպես հաղորդում է tulainfo71.ru-ն, այս մասին հայտնել է Տուլայի մարզի դատախազ Ալեքսանդր Կոզլովը:
Նա նկատել է, որ քրեական գործը իր վերահսկողության տակ է վերցրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ներքին գործերի նախարարության քննչական դեպարտամենտը: «Մեր գերատեսչության աշխատակիցները լավ աշխատեցին: Ներկայումս մենք վերլուծում ենք գերատեսչությունների միջև համագործակցության արդյունքները, որպեսզի հաջորդ անգամ նման դեպքերում բոլորն ավելի լավ աշխատեն»,-շեշտել է Կոզլովը:
