Մայիսի 14-ին ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Արմավիր քաղաքի Հերացու փողոցում գործող արտադրամասի տարածքում տնօրենը կանեփ է աճեցնում։
Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ մշակումն արգելված թմրանյութեր պարունակող բույսերն արտադրամասում խոշոր չափերի էին հասնում, իսկ շինության սենյակներում պահվում է նաեւ չորացված զանգված։
Տեղեկությունների հիման վրա հարուցվեց քրեական գործ։
Նույն օրը, ժամը 16։30-ին, դատարանի որոշմամբ արտադրամասի տարածքը խուզարկվեց։ Տնօրենի աշխատասեղանի դարակից հայտնաբերվեց օգտագործած երկու կաթուցիչ եւ կանեփի սերմեր։ Արտադրամասի այգու, աշխատասենյակների եւ կիսակառույց շինության խուզարկությամբ էլ հայտնաբերվեց կանեփի շուրջ 200 սերմահատիկ եւ կանեփանման 14 բույս։
Արտադրամասի տնօրենը ոստիկաններին ինքնակամ ներկայացրեց նաեւ գործարանային համարով ակոսփող հրազեն, 5,6 մմ տրամաչափի 8 փամփուշտ եւ կանեփի 124 սերմահատիկ։ Ըստ տնօրենի՝ հրազենը պատկանել է հանգուցյալ հորը։
Հայտնաբերվածն ուղարկվել է փորձաքննության։
