Արցախյան բարդույթներ նոր իշխանությունների համար
POLITICSՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների բարդույթավորվածությունը Արցախի, Արցախյան հիմնահարցի և ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի նկատմամբ մանրամասն ուսումնասիրության կարիք ունի, բայց առաջին տպավորությամբ այս երևույթը նոր չի սկիզբ առել ու երևի ավելի շատ կապ ունի այն կոմպլեքսի հետ, որ այս իշխանության մեծամասնությունը չի ծառայել բանակում, իսկ նորաթուխների մի զգալի մասը Արցախում չի էլ եղել ընդհանրապես: Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով, վերջերս Արցախ այցելած «իմքայլականների» մեծ մասն առաջին անգամ էր Արցախում: Երևի թե օբյեկտիվորեն նաև սա է առկա մոտեցումների ու դիրքավորումների պատճառներից մեկը: Օրինակ՝ «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով , մայիսի 9-ին տեղի ունեցած հայտնի միջադեպերից բացի, պարզվում է, եղել են նաև այլ բնույթի սրացումներ: ՀՅԴ կողմից կազմակերպված համաժողովին, օրինակ՝ միայն վերջին պահին է մասնակցության համաձայնություն տվել իշխող «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը՝ գործուղելով Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանին և Գոռ Գևորգյանին: Ի դեպ, ականատեսների փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջիններս իրենց բավականին խորթ ու դիսկոմֆորտ վիճակում են զգացել ոչ միայն արցախյան, այլև հայաստանյան այլ կուսակցությունների հետ շփումներում: Նրանք իրենց պահել են բավականին մեկուսացած, կարճ ասած՝ իրադարձությունների կենտրոնում չեն եղել: Այս ամենին գումարած՝ փաստենք, որ մայիսի 9-ին վարչապետն ընդամենը 5 ժամով է եղել Արցախում, չի մնացել մինչև միջոցառումների ավարտը:
