Մայիսի 11-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ոստիկանությունից:

 

Քննարկվել և բաժին առ բաժին վերլուծվել է վերջին ամիսներին կատարված աշխատանքը: Ներկայացվել են բոլոր տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների բացահայտման թվային տվյալները և առանձին հանցատեսակների վիճակագրությունները:

 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը խոսել է ամենամսյա պարգևավճարի ճիշտ և անկողմնակալ բաշխման մասին: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը նշել է, որ պարգևավճարների չափը որոշում են ստորաբաժանման ղեկավարները, և նպատակային բաշխման շնորհիվ պետք է հստակ տարբերվեն բարեխիղճ և թերացող ծառայողները: Դա կբարձրացնի ընդհանուր աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը:

 

 

 

Քննարկման առարկա է դարձել հանցագործությունների բացահայտման դեպքում հավելյալ պարգևավճարներով խրախուսելու թեման: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետն օրինակ է բերելց ոստիկանության մի ծառայողի, որը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում բացահայտել է մի շարք հանցագործություններ և մի քանի անգամ խրախուսվել:

 

ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը, կարևորելով ոստիկանություն-հասարակություն կապի ամրապնդումը, առաջին հերթին հորդորել է արտաքին ծառայություն իրականացնող ստորաբաժանումներին՝ պարեկապահակետային ծառայողներին, ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին, հաշվառման և քննական ստորաբաժանումների, անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության աշխատակիցներին իրականացնել բարձրորակ ծառայություն, օրենքի սահմաններում օգնել ու աջակցել քաղաքացիներին: Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ևս մեկ անգամ խիստ հանձնարարել է բացառել կոռուպցիոն դրսևորման որևէ փորձ, քանի որ բոլոր օրինախախտները հայտնաբերվելու և պատժվելու են օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ:

 

Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցների ուշադրությունը հրավիրվել է բնակարանային գողությունների բացահայտման ու կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու թեմային: Փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ շոգ եղանակներին ավելանում են տներից կատարվող գողությունները, քանի որ հանցագործները բնակարաններ են մտնում բաց դռներով կամ պատուհաններով: Այս առումով ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը հանձնարարել է համայնքային ոստիկանությանը՝ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել:

 

Ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատելով ոստիկանների ծառայությունը՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել անձնակազմին և նշել, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ահռելի թիմային աշխատանք է կատարվել, որի արդյունքներն ակնհայտ են, իսկ դեռևս առկա որոշ թերացումների վերացման և անելիքների իրականացման համար ակնկալվում է պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի հետագա կատարելագործում, ուժերի մոբիլիզացում և գործառնական արդյունավետության առավել բարձրացում:

 

Խորհրդակցության ավարտին հանցագործություններ բացահայտելու և ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխիղճ կատարելու համար ոստիկանության մի խումբ ծառայողներ պարգևատրվել են մեդալներով, կրծքանշաններով, պատվոգրերով ու դրամական խրախուսանքներով:
