Վանաձորի 19 երթուղիներից 7-ի շահագործման հավակնորդը քաղաքապետի դատավոր որդու սանիկն է

Վանաձորի ներքաղաքային միկրոավտոբուսային 19 երթուղիների սպասարկման իրավունքի հատկացման համար անցկացվող մրցույթին այսօր օրենքով նախատեսված՝ հանձնաժողովին մասնակցության համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթային փաթեթների հանձնման ժամանակ յուրաքանչյուր երթուղու համար հայտ ներկայացնողը մեկական կազմակերպություն էր: Ընդ որում, թիվ 2, թիվ 7, թիվ 8, թիվ 10, թիվ 15 և թիվ 16 երթուղիների շահագործման միակ հավակնորդը միևնույն՝ «Ռ և Հ Տրանս» ՍՊԸ-ն է:
Լրագրողներիս՝ հարցազրույցների նպատակով դահլիճից կարճատև բացակայության ընթացքում պարզվեց, սակայն, որ «Ռ և Հ Տրանսը» հայտ է ներկայացրել նաև թիվ 1 երթուղու համար, որն առանց դիտողությունների արձանագրվել և ընդունվել է հանձնաժողովի կողմից: Այսպիսով՝ «Ռ և Հ Տրանս» ՍՊԸ-ն մրցակցելու է Վանաձորի թիվ 1 երթուղին 2005-ից սպասարկող և այժմ էլ սպասարկումը շարունակելու համար հայտ ներկայացրած «Դիկտիս» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ: Վերջինս քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանի հորեղբոր որդուն է պատկանում՝ Վիկտոր Դարբինյանին, որը քաղաքապետարանի գույքի կառավարման նախկին բաժնի պետն էր և 2013-ին իր դիմումի համաձայն ազատվեց պաշտոնից, իրականում սակայն քաղաքապետի և աշխատակազմի հետ ունեցած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով: Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ Դարբինյանները հայտարարել էին, թե 1-ին երթուղային գիծը վերցնելու են նրա ձեռքից (այս տեղեկությունների վերաբերյալ կողմերից հարցազրույցները՝ հաջորդիվ): Մինչ այդ նշենք, որ քաղաքի մի քանի երթուղիներն ու գովազդային վահանակները սպասարկող «Ռ և Հ Տրանս» ՍՊԸ-ն Յուրի Համբարյանինն է, որը քաղաքապետի դատավոր որդու՝ Աղասի Դարբինյանի հետ միևնույն դպրոցում է սովորել, զուգահեռ դասարանում, նրա մանկության ընկերն է, և Աղասի Դարբինյանը Յուրի Համբարյանի ամուսնության քավորն է: Վերջինիս կինն էլ ղեկավարում է Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի իրավաբանական բաժինը:
