Մահացել է Վլադիմիր Ղալումյանը
SOCIETYԵրեւանում, 87 տարեկանում մահացել է խորհրդային պետական և քաղաքական գործիչ Վլադիմիր Ղալումյանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հոգեհանգիստը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 12-ին Նոր Նորքի Սուրբ Սարգիս եկեղեցում, իսկ հուղարկավորությունը՝ մայիսի 13-ին, Տավուշի մարզի Սևքար գյուղի գերեզմանատանը:
Վլադիմիր Բագրատի Ղալումյանը ծնվել է 1932 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին, Տավուծի մարզի Սևքար համայնքում: 1955 թվականին ավարտել է Հայկական գյուղատնտեսական ինստիտուտի ագրոնոմիական ֆակուլտետը։ Աշխատել է Իջևանի շրջանի ՄՏ կայանում, Սևքարի կոլտնտեսությունում, ՀԽՍՀ Մինիստրների խորհրդին առընթեր հացամթերումների վարչությունում որպես գյուղատնտես։ 1961-1962 թվականներին եղել է ՀԽՍՀ մթերումների մինիստրության բուսաբուծական մթերքների գնումների վերահսկողության տեսչության, 1962-1964 թվականներին՝ ՀԽՍՀ գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների արտադրության ու մթերումների մինիստրության վարչության պետ։
1964 թվականին ընտրվել է Իջևանի շրջանի կոլտնտեսությունների և սովետական տնտեսությունների արտադրական վարչության կուսակցական կոմիտեի քարտուղար, 1965-1970 թվականներին՝ ՀԿԿ Իջևանի շրջկոմի առաջին քարտուղար։ 1970-1972 թվականներին եղել է ՀԿԿ Կենտրոնական Կոմիտեի գյուղատնտեսության բաժնի վարիչ, 1972-1986 թվականներին՝ ՀԿԿ ԿԿ-ի քարտուղար։ ՀԿԿ Կոմունիստական Կուսակցության անդամության թեկնածու է 1966 թվականից, ՀԿԿ ԿԿ-ի անդամ՝ 1971 թվականից, Կոմունիստական Կուսակցության բյուրոյի անդամ՝ 1972 թվականից։ ՀԽՍՀ Գերագույն սովետի Նախագահության անդամ՝ 1966 թվականից։ Եղել է ՀԽՍՀ 5-րդ և 10-րդ գումարումների Գերագույն խորհրդի պատգամավոր։ 1986-1988 թվականներին եղել է ՀԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ, 1988-1992 թվականներին՝ «Հայանտառ» արտադրական միավորման գլխավոր տնօրեն:
