SOCIETYԵթե Արցախի երկու նախագահները՝ գործող եւ նախկին, դիմել են, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին թույլ տային մասնակցել Արցախում Մայիսյան եռատոնի միջոցառումներին, պետք է հարգերին այդ դիմումը եւ րոպե առաջ այդ որոշումը կայացնեին: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 9-ին, Ստեփանակերտում, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը:
«Նրանց դիմումն այն չէր, որ ընդհանրապես քրեական գործի հետապնդումը կասեցնեին, նրանց հայտարարությունն այն էր, որ գոնե այս օրերին, Հաղթանակի օրը բոլոր նախագահները ներկա գտնվեին, մասնակցեին մեր հաղթանակներին: Ճիշտ չեն արել, ըստ իս, պետք է հարգեին երկու նախագահների հայտարարությունը»,-ասաց Բալասանյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե տեսակետներ կան, որ Արցախը ՀՀ ներքին գործերին է խառնվում, Վիտալի Բալասանյանը պատասխանեց. «Ինչ է նշանակում Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին ենք խառնվում, կամ սփյուռքահայության ներքին գործերին ենք խառնվում: Մենք ժամանակին ասել ենք, որ ունենք հայկական երկու հանրապետություն՝ մեկ հայրեն
