Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ փորձում են բացարձակ արժեքներով գնահատել։ Պարբերաբար հայտարարվում է, որ չեն կարող բիզնեսն ու քաղաքականությունը սերտաճել։ Տեսականորեն հասկանալի է, բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել, թե ինչ ժամանակի, տարածության, մտածողության պայմաններում ենք մենք ապրում։ Կան առանձնահատկություններ, առանձին դեպքեր։

Հայաստանում սկսվել է չափորոշիչների պայքար, այսինքն՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում որպես օրինակ կարող են մատնանշել աֆրիկյան մի ինչ-որ հեռավոր երկիր, մի այլ իրավիճակում վկայակոչվում է եվրոպական որևէ զարգացած երկիր` չցանկանալով խորանալ, թե մեր իրականությունը զարգացման ինչ աստիճանի վրա է։ Մենք դեռևս շուկայական հարաբերությունների ձևավորման փուլում ենք, և օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով է նաև, որ քաղաքականությունն ու բիզնեսը միախառնվել են։

Իրականում լինելով մաքսիմալիստ՝ մեզ թվում է, որ եթե այսօր հրովարտակենք, թե շուկայական հարաբերություններ են, վաղը այդպես կլինի, բայց միանշանակ այդպես չէ։ Պահանջվում են տասնամյակներ, անգամ դարեր, որպեսզի այդ հարաբերությունները միս ու արյուն ստանան, իսկ այդ միջակայքում քաղաքականությունից բիզնեսը չի հեռանա։ Կարելի է կտրուկ գործել, բայց դա չի կարելի դարձնել օղապարան։

Ենթադրենք՝ ուզում եք գործարարությունը տարանջատել քաղաքականությունից, հարց է առաջանում, թե ովքե՞ր են քաղաքական գործիչները, որտե՞ղ է քաղաքական համակարգը։ Թյուր պատկերացում կա, թե ուզում են դասական քաղաքական համակարգ կառուցել, իսկ դրանում գտնվողներն էլ փառահեղ գործիչներ են, ու այդ գործը կարող է խափանել խորհրդարանում հայտնված մի գործարար։ Ամեն երևույթ պետք է գնահատել տվյալ ժամանակի մեջ։ Այդ գործարարները անցնող 30 տարիների ընթացքում եղել են տնտեսությունը խթանող, զարգացնող, լոկոմոտիվ հանդիսացող անձնավորություններ։

Իրականում, այսպես կոչված, տնտեսական հեղափոխություն տերմինաբանություն գոյություն չունի։ Հեղափոխություն է, երբ արհեստագործական վիճակից մարդիկ անցում են կատարում մեքենայական արտադրության։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ նման հեղափոխություն հասկացությունը ոչ մի կոնկրետ երկրի տնտեսության չի վերաբերում, այն ընդհանուր մարդկության հարց է։ Ըստ էության՝ 20-րդ դարի վերջին մարդկությունը չուներ հեռահաղորդակցության այն ժամանակակից միջոցները, ինչ ունենք այսօր, ինչն իր հերթին ապահովեց աշխարհում հեղափոխական զարգացումը, առաջացան սոցցանցերը։ Տնտեսական համակարգում հեղափոխություն չի լինում, այլ բան է, եթե նշվի, որ տրամադրված են խորքային, առարկայական, արդյունավետ բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու։ Նույնիսկ այս պարագայում հաջողության հասնելու ռիսկերը մեծ են, որովհետև դա պայմանավորված է բազմաթիվ գործոններով՝ մասնագիտական մակարդակ, կառավարման հմտություն, ռեսուրսների առկայություն, ժամանակ և այլն։ Հաջողության համար պետք է լինեն հստակ ինտելեկտով կոնկրետ ուժեր, լինեն ծրագրեր, տեսլականներ, որոնք կլինեն չափելի և ընդունելի հանրության համար։ Հակառակ դեպքում բոլոր խոսքերը լիրիզմ են, ինչ երևակայությունդ թույլ տա, կարող ես ասել։ Այս ամենը հիշեցնում է Թոմազո Կամպանելայի Արևի քաղաքը կամ Նյու Վասյուկին։
