Իտալացի ներդրողը` քրեական գործով սկանդալային նախկին ոստիկանապետի և հաշվեքննիչ պալատի գործող նախագահի դեմ
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթին հայտնի է դարձել, որ դեռևս 2019 թ. մարտի 4-ին իտալացի գործարար Դանիլո Պասսարիելլոյի կողմից ներկայացված՝ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդման հիման վրա հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
Այսպես՝ դեռևս 2003 թվականին գործարար Դանիլո Պասսարիելլոն ՀՀ-ում հիմնադրել է «Պասեպ Ինթերնեյշնլ» ՓԲԸ-ն՝ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի ներկայիս նախագահ Լևոն Յոլյանի, նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանի եղբայր Արմեն Սարգսյանի, ՀՀում Ուրուգվայի Արևել յան Հանրապետության պատվավոր հյուպատոս Արմեն Հայրապետյանի և Հովսեփ Պետրոսյանի հետ միասին, ընդ որում, Պասսարիելլոյի համոզմամբ, ընկերության իրական բաժնետերը եղել է Ալիկ Սարգսյանը, այլ ոչ թե նրա եղբայր Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
Գործարարի համոզմամբ, իր գործընկերները, տարիներ շարունակ ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելով, անհայտ ուղղություններով ֆինանսական միջոցները ելքագրելով, թաքցրել են ընկերության իրական եկամուտը, տնօրինել են ընկերության միջոցները անձնական նպատակներով և զրկել են իրեն ընկերության գործունեությունից շահութաբաժին ստանալու հնարավորությունից:
Բոլոր կողմերի մոտեցումները ճշտելու նպատակով մենք փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել Լևոն Յոլյանի հետ՝ զանգահարելով Հաշվեքննիչ պալատ: Այնտեղից, ի պատասխան մեր հարցման, փոխանցեցին պարոն Յոլյանի դիրքորոշումը. «Նախաքննության ընթացքը որևէ կերպ չվտանգելու համար պարոն Յոլյանը ներկա պահին հարցի վերաբերյալ որևէ մեկնաբանություն չունի»:
Փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել նաև Ալիկ Սարգսյանի հետ: Նա, մինչև վերջ չլսելով հարցը, ասաց, որ շատ զբաղված է և որ ավելի ուշ զանգահարենք իրեն: Սակայն օրվա ընթացքում մեր հետագա մի քանի զանգերը մնացին անպատասխան:
Մեզ հաջողվել է կապ հաստատել Դանիլո Պասսարիելլոյի հետ. վերջինս հաստատեց, որ մեր ունեցած տեղեկատվությունը ճիշտ է: Նա նշեց, որ դիմել է AM իրավաբանական ընկերության փաստաբան Դավիթ Հունանյանին, որևէ կերպ չի ցանկանում պրովոկացիայի ենթարկել մյուս կողմին և, հարգելով նախաքննական գաղտնիքը, հրաժարվում է պատասխանել մեր մյուս հարցերին՝ հավելելով, որ ավելի մանրամասն տեղեկատվության համար կարող ենք կապ հաստատել իր փաստաբանի հետ:
Գործարարը հավելեց, որ նախկինում հույս չուներ, թե իրավապահ մարմիններին դիմելով՝ կհասներ որևիցե հաջողության՝ նկատի ունենալով գործընկերների դիրքը և կապերը, սակայն հեղափոխությունից հետո հավատում է իրավապահ մարմինների անաչառությանը և համոզված է, որ ապօրինությունը կբացահայտվի, և մեղավոր անձինք կենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության:
