ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն  է անցկացրել ՀՀ մարզպետների մասնակցությամբ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են մարզային և համայնքային արդիական նշանակության հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։  Ինչպես հայտնում են նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մինչ բուն օրակարգին անցնելը նախարար Պապիկյանն արդյունավետ է որակել Արարատում անցկացված ներդրումային գործարար համաժողովը և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ մարզերի գործարար միջավայրի ու ներդրումային կլիմայի բարելավմանն ուղղված այս նախաձեռնությունն  իր առարկայական դրսևորումը կստանա տարբեր բիզնես նախագծերում։Ըստ Սուրեն Պապիկյանի՝ համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման ընթացքի վերլուծությունները ցույց են տվել, որ 2019թ․ առաջին չորս ամիսներին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ եկամուտների հավաքագրումն  աճել է շուրջ 2 մլրդ դրամով կամ  2,5 տոկոսով։ Նախարարը նշել է նաև, որ չնայած ընդհանուր դրական միտումներին, կան որոշ ռիսկային համայնքներ, որոնց արձանագրած արդյունքները ցածր են միջին հանրապետական ցուցանիշից։ Խնդրի կարգավորման և բյուջետային մուտքերի ավելացման նպատակով, Սուրեն Պապիկյանի համոզմամբ, անհրաժեշտ է տեղերում հասցեական աշխատանք տանել համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ։     

 Նախարարը մարզպետների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել համայնքների կողմից ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանն ուղղված սուբվենցիայի ծրագրային հայտերի ներկայացման ժամկետների ու փաստաթղթավորման գործընթացի վրա և հորդորել նրանց խստագույնս պահպանել սուբվենցիայի տրամադրման կարգով հայտերին ներկայացվող բովանդակային և տեխնիկական պահանջները։

Անդրադառնալով համայնքների միավորման գործընթացին՝  Սուրեն Պապիկյանն անհրաժեշտ է համարել տեղերում նախապես իրականացնել դաշտային աշխատանքներ, շփվել բնակչության հետ՝ հայեցակարգի հիմքում դնելով միավորվող համայնքների աշխարհագրական դիրքի, կենցաղմշակութային մտերմության, ավանդութային առանձնահատկությունների համադրումը։
