Երկու բևեռ՝ բազում կարծիքներ. Ո՞վ է ճիշտ ՈՉ-ը, թե ԱՅՈ-ն

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ը մոտենում է, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ հանրաքվեին մնացել են հաշված օրեր: Ուստի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի պետք է արդեն կողմնորոշվի, վերջապես ԱՅՈ ասել Սահմանադրության առաջարկվող տարբերակին, թե ՈՉ: Անկախ հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից, անկախ նրանից, թե Հայաստանը անցում կկատարի խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգին, թե անդավաճան կմնա գործող սահմանադրությանն ու կպահպանի կիսանախագահական կառավարման մոդելը, չափազանց կարևոր է ուսումնասիրել բարեփոխումների գործընթացի երկու՝ կողմ և դեմ բևեռների ներկայացրած փաստարկներին:
Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների դեմ արտահայտվող ուժերը ներկայացնում են փաստարկներ և ցույց են տալիս առաջարկվող սահմանադրության վիճահարույց կետերը: Անշուշտ կան հոդվածներ, որոնց շուրջ Այո-ի և Ոչ-ի կոմղնակիցները չեն կարողանում ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ:
Եկեք վերցնենք վիճահարույց կետերից որևիցե մեկը, և նայենք ԱՅՈ-ի և ՈՉ-ի ներկայացրած փաստարկները: Որպես օրինակ դիտարկենք միասեռականների ամուսնությունը թույլատրելու կամ արգելելու վերաբերյալ նրանց ներկայացրած հիմնավորումները:
ՈՉ-ի ճակատի կարծիքով Սահմանադրության նոր նախագիծը քայքայում է հայ ընտանիքի հիմքերը՝ թույլատրելով միասեռականների ամուսնությունը: Վերջիններս պնդում են, որ առաջարկվող Սահամանդրության մեջ ամրագրված են այնպիսի դրույթներ, որոնցով հստակ չի ընդգծվում ընտանիքի վերարտադրողական գործառույթը:
Ի հակադրություն այս պնդմանը ԱՅՈ-ականները ներկայացնում են նոր նախագծի 16-րդ և 35-րդ հոդվածներում տեղ գտած սահմանումները:
Առաջարկվող Սահմանադրության 35-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին նախադասությունն ասում է հետևյալը. «Ամուսնական տարիքի հասած կինը և տղամարդը միմյանց հետ իրենց կամքի ազատ արտահայտությամբ ամուսնանալու և ընտանիք կազմելու իրավունք ունեն»: ԱՅՈ-ի պնդմամբ,«միմյանց հետ» բառակապակցությունը լրացուցիչ անգամ ընդգծում է, որ ընտանիքը մեկ տղամարդու և մեկ կնոջ միությունն է:
Կարծում եմ Սահամանդրության նոր նախագծի թեման դեռ երկար կմնա հանրության և քաղաքական դաշտի թիվ մեկ քննարկման թեման, ուստի դեռ բավականին փաստարկներ կհնչեն տարբեր կետերի վերաբերյալ երկու բևեռներից էլ:
