«Իմ քայլը» բոյկոտել է նիստը, որտեղ պետք է քննարկվեր քաղաքապետարանի հաստիքացուցակի փոփոխության հարցը. ըստ ավագանու անդամի՝ որոշումը նպատակահարմար չէ
SOCIETYԵրևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամները բոյկոտել են Ֆինանսավարկային հանձնաժողովի նիստը, որտեղ պետք է քննարկվեր քաղաքապետի նախագիծը հաստիքացուցակի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ. իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացնում է Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Խաժակյանը:
Նշենք, որ ըստ նախագծի նախատեսվում էր մայիսի 8-ին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստում ընդունել հաստիքացուցակների փոփոխության մասին որոշումը, որի համաձայն քաղաքապետարանի, այդ թվում՝ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը կբարձրանան միջինը 28-ից 30 տոկոսով:
Երևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի անդամ Գրիգոր Երիցյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում ավելի վաղ ներկայացրել էր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման հետ կապված իր դիրքորոշումը։
Նա, մասնավորապես գրել էր. «Ոչ մեկիս համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմը ցածր աշխատավարձ է ստանում իր լիազորությունների և պատասխանատվության աստիճանի հետ համեմատ։ Հատկապես խոցելի են քաղաքապետարանի ստորին օղակի աշխատակիցները, ում համար աշխատավարձի 30%-ի բարձրացումը կարևոր սոցիալական հարցեր կարող է լուծել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, քաղաքապետարանում շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել ցածր որակավորում ունեցող համայնքային ծառայողներ, իսկ հանրային կառավարման համակարգում պրոֆեսիոնալ կադրերի ներգրավման համար անհրաժեշտ է առաջարկել համապատասխան վարձատրություն։
Այնուամենայնիվ, կարծում եմ, որ այս փուլում քաղաքապետարանի ղեկավար կազմի աշխատավարձի գրեթե կրկնակի բարձրացումը նպատակահարմար չէ և չի բխում սոցիալական արդարության և համերաշխության մեր որդեգրած հեղափոխական սկզբունքներից։ Քանի դեռ Հայաստանում չի բարձրացել նվազագույն աշխատավարձի շեմը, քանի դեռ էականորեն չեն բարձրացել ուսուցիչների, մանկավարժների, համայնքային բժիշկների աշխատավարձերը՝ նման որոշումը միայն կխորացնի մեր հասարակության սոցիալական բևեռացումն ու անարդարության զգացումը։ Երևան համայնքը Հայաստանի մի մասն է և ցանկացած նման փոփոխություն պետք է լինի արդարացի և արդարացված՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի հանրության տրամադրությունները և երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը»,-գրել է նա։
