Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի մասնակիցներն ամեն ամիս սոցիալական վճար են կատարում, և չափազանց կարևոր է իմանալ, թե ում եք վստահում Ձեր գումարն ու ինչպես է այն կառավարվում: Հայաստանում գործող կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգն ունի երկու կառավարիչ, որոնցից մեկն աշխարհի առաջատար կազմակերպություններից մեկի մասնակցությամբ հիմնադրված և կառավարվող Ամունդի-ԱԿԲԱ Ասեթ Մենեջմենթն է:


Ամունդի-ԱԿԲԱ Ասեթ Մենեջմենթը հիմնել են ֆրանսիական Ամունդի Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ ընկերությունը՝ 51% և ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը՝ 49% մասնակցությամբ: Ֆրանսիական Ամունդի Ասեթ Մենեջմենթի գլխավոր բաժնետերը Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ խումբն է՝ 69,9% մասնակցությամբ: Մյուս հիմնադիրը՝ ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը, 1996 թվականին հիմնվել է Եվրոպական միության TACIS ծրագրի շրջանակում: 2006-ի սեպտեմբերին ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկային խումբն իրականացնելով ֆինանսական ներդրում բանկի կապիտալում, դարձել է բանկի բաժնետերերից մեկը:


Ամունդի Ասեթ Մենեջմենթի կառավարման ներքո գտնվող ակտիվների ծավալն ավելի քան 1 տրլն 400 մլրդ եվրո է: Ընկերությունը ներկայացված է 37 երկրներում: Ընկերության աշխատակիցների թիվն անցնում է 4500-ը, հաճախորդները՝ 100 միլիոնից ավելի են: Ամունդին Եվրոպայի ամենամեծ ակտիվների կառավարիչն է` իր կառավարման տակ ունեցած ակտիվների մեծությամբ և աշխարհում ունեցած ծանրակշիռ դիրքով: Ընկերությունն ակտիվների կառավարման ոլորտում համաշխարհային աղյուսակի գլխավոր 10-նյակում է:
