ԱԺ քառօրյա. կառավարության անդամները կպատասխանեն պատգամավորների հարցերին

Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է հերթական խորհրդարանական քառօրյա նիստը: Գրանցվել է 110 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության կդրվի «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը, որի հեղինակը «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանն է:
Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանափակել կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ գրավոր հարցերի քանակը, ինչպես նաև կրճատել հարց հնչեցնելու և դրան պատասխանելու համար նախատեսված ժամանակը: Գործող կարգով կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի սկզբում հնչում են գրավոր հարցերը, որից հետո պատգամավորները գրանցվում են կառավարության բանավոր հարցերով դիմելու համար: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ սկզբում կհնչի երկու գրավոր հարց, որից հետո հնչելու են բանավոր հարցերը: Գործող կարգով պատգամավորները հարց հնչեցնելու համար ունեն երեք րոպե ժամանակ, նույնքան ժամանակ ունեն կառավարության անդամները՝ հարցին պատասխանելու համար: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է կրճատել այդ ժամանակը՝ դարձնելով երկու րոպե:
Այնուհետև խորհրդարանը կշարունակի քննարկել ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որի քննարկումն ընդհատվել է մտքերի փոխանակության փուլում; Ժամը 16:30-ից կառավարության անդամները կպատասխանեն պատգամավորների հարցերին:
