Իշխանությունների կադրային բանկի «էպոպեան»

Դեռևս վեց ամիս առաջ՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՖԲ-ում հրապարակում կատարեց՝ հայտարարելով, որ ստեղծում է կադրային բանկ, որպեսզի որակյալ կադրեր հավաքագրի՝ կառավարումն ու գործունեությունն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար։ Հանրության մոտ սա առաջացրեց բավականին լուրջ աժիոտաժ, հնչեցին դրական հայտարարություններ՝ «տեսաք, որ մարդը ուրիշ ոճով է աշխատում», «տեսաք, որ բան է փոխվել», «ապրի Նիկոլը» և նմանօրինակ էմոցիոնալ ու էյֆորիկ այլ հայտարարություններ։ Հունվարին տարբեր հրապարակումներից պարզ դարձավ, որ կադրային բանկում տվյալ պահին առկա են 2000-ից ավելի CV-ներ, ենթադրվում է, որ ներկայումս դրանց թիվը զգալի մեծացել է։ Այս նախաձեռնությունը առավել հետաքրքիր է դիտվում, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ կառավարությունում ներկայումս լուրջ կրճատումներ են սպասվում, աշխատատեղեր են փակվում։ Այս երկու տեղեկատվությունը համադրելիս միանգամից հարց է առաջանում, թե տեղի ունեցածը հերթական «աչքկապոցի՞ն» էր, պետական այրերը մոռացե՞լ են իրենց իսկ նախաձեռնության մասին, թե՞ ներկայացված CV-ներն այդքան անպիտան են եղել։ Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանություններն էլ են կրակն ընկել այդ նախաձեռնության պատճառով, քանզի հազարավոր մարդկանց հույսը բավարարել ուղղակի չեն կարողանում:
