Միլիոնավոր դրամներ՝ նաև ԱՊՊԱ գծով
SOCIETYԹեև ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պնդում էր, որ Հայաստանում ծառայողական մեքենաների՝ պադավատների թիվը աստղաբաշխական է, նոր իշխանությունները չեն շտապում կրճատել դրանց թիվը, ավելին, շարունակում են թարմացնել կառավարական ավտոպարկերը... Կառավարական ստորաբաժանումներում ավտոմեքենաների մեծ թիվը առաջացնում է նաև պարտադիր ծախսեր, ասենք՝ ավտոմեքենաների ապահովագրությունը: Օրինակ՝ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը միայն «Ինգո Արմենիա» ընկերությունից այս տարվա ապրիլին ձեռք է բերել ավելի քան 800 000 դրամի ԱՊՊԱ ծառայություն: Գերատեսչությունները օգտվել են տարբեր ԱՊՊԱ ընկերությունների ծառայություններից, արդյունքում պետական գանձարանից միլիոնավոր դրամներ են ծախսվել միայն այս ծառայության գծով... Թվերի փոքրիկ ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ անգամ ամենափոքր գերատեսչություններում տասնյակ ավտոմեքենաներ են շահագործվում՝ դրանից բխող ֆինանսական կորուստներով...
Իսկ միգուցե վարչապետին հիշեցնե՞ն երանելի ընդդիմադիր ժամանակների ելույթները... Թե՞ հիմա կյանքը փոխվել է, իրենք կարող են շրջել «պադավատներով» ու «ախռաննիկներով»՝ պետության ծախսերով, իսկ մյուսներին պետք է փռել ասֆալտին կամ հանգիստ նստացնել... տեղները:
