Մեր երկիրը պետք է դուրս գա ցածր որակավորմամբ աշխատուժ ունեցող երկրի կարգավիճակից: Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձու՝մ Աշխատանքի օրվա առթիվ:

Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Բոլորիս շնորհավորում եմ Աշխատանքի և աշխատավորների համերաշխության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ։

Հայաստանի կառավարության խնդիրն ու նպատակն է երկրում իրականացնել տնտեսական հեղափոխություն։ Ինչպես քաղաքական հեղափոխության, այս դեպքում էլ մեզ համար հիմնական և առանցքային գործիքը շարունակում է մնալ անհատական ջանքը: Այսինքն՝ մեր հիմնական գործիքակազմը պետք է լինի քաղաքացիներին, մարդկանց խրախուսելը՝ աշխատելու, գործելու, տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելու, հավատալու սեփական ուժերին և հաջողությանը։ Մեր քայլերն ուղղված են լինելու յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու տնտեսական վարքագիծը փոխելը՝ ինչպես տնտեսական գործունեության օբյեկտ, այնպես էլ տնտեսական գործունեության սուբյեկտ հանդիսանալու պարագայում։

Մենք պետք է բոլորով շարժվենք այդ նպատակի իրականացման ուղղությամբ, ուղղենք մեր մեջքը, հավատանք մեր ուժերին և մեր աշխատանքով հարստանանք և հարստացնենք։

Հայաստանի կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում է նաև աշխատողների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, և մենք այդ ուղղությամբ ևս նախատեսում ենք իրականացնել հետևողական քայլեր:

Մեր երկիրը պետք է դուրս գա ցածր որակավորմամբ աշխատուժ ունեցող երկրի կարգավիճակից, ուստի ջանքեր չենք խնայելու, որպեսզի Հայաստանը լինի բարձր որակավորման աշխատուժի երկիր:  Այդ նպատակով, ՀՀ կառավարությունը միջոցառումներ է իրականացնելու ուղղված կրթական համակարգի բարելավմանը, որպեսզի վերջինս մեր պետությանն ապահովի բարձր որակավորմամբ աշխատուժ, որ այն պահին, երբ ուսանողները դուրս գան համալսարաններից՝ ունենան մրցունակ մասնագետի կարգավիճակ։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հայ ժողովուրդը մշտապես աչքի է ընկել իր աշխատանքով, ջանասիրությամբ, եռանդով ու ստեղծագործական մտքով։ Համոզված եմ, որ միասին կհասնենք մեր նպատակների իրականացմանն ու մեր աշխատանքով կզարգացնենք ու կշենացնենք մեր երկիրը։
