Հունվարից սկսած բանակում զինծառայողներին տալիս ենք բավական բարձր որակի ներքնազգեստ, մեկ ամսվա համար մեկ կոմպլեկտ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, Վանաձորում Քաղաքացու օրվա առթիվ կազմակերպված միջոցառման ժամանակ նշել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Բալայանը:

«Գաղտնիք բացած չեմ լինի, որ մինչեւ երեւի թե չորս ամիս առաջ տրվում էր շաբաթը մեկ կոմպլեկտ, դրա որակը շատ վատն էր, այսինքն՝ երկու կամ երեք օր լվանալուց հետո այլեւս պիտանի չէր լինում օգտագործման համար: Ինչո՞ւ այսքան մանրամասն գիտեմ, որովհետեւ իմ որդին էլ է հիմա զինվորական ծառայության մեջ գտնվում Արցախում: Հունվարից սկսած տալիս ենք բավական բարձր որակի ներքնազգեստ, մեկ ամսվա համար մեկ կոմպլեկտ, եթե չեմ սխալվում: Բոլոր զորամասերը կահավորված են լվացքի մեքենայով, բայց խնդիր կա զինվորների մոտ՝ չեն ուզում միեւնույն լվացքի մեքենայի մեջ իրենց ներքնաշորը լվանալ»,-ասաց Բալայանը:

Նրա խոսքով, պետական բյուջեի հնարավորություններն այս առումով սահմանափակ են. «Մենք չենք կարող բոլոր զինծառայողների քմահաճույքներին տեղ տալ: Եթե մարդը չի ցանկանում իր լվացքն անել նույն մեքենայի մեջ, լուծումն այստեղ ո՞րն է` ստիպե՞լ, որ դա անի: Չեմ կարող դա պատկերացնել, հետո պիտի ասեն, թե մարդու իրավունքներ են խախտվում»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ պարկեր կան, ներքնաշորերը դնում են պարկի մեջ, նոր լվացքի մեքենայի մեջ են դնում:

Գաբրիել Բալայանը նշեց, որ գուցե կան ծնողներ, որ կարողանում են իրենց ծառայող որդիների համար ամեն շաբաթ նոր ներքնազգեստ ուղարկել. «Կարծում եմ՝ այստեղ իրավագիտակցության խնդիր է, որովհետեւ օրինակ ԱՄՆ-ում հանրային լվացքատներ կան, որտեղից օգտվում են իրար չճանաչող բազմաթիվ մարդիկ»:
