POLITICSՀպարտություն եմ զգում, մեր քաղաքացիների տարիների չարչարանքի ապաշխարանքի օրն է այսօր, մեր մեջքն ուղիղ պահելու օրն է այսօր: Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, Քաղաքացու օրվա միջոցառումների ժամանակ, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Պետական վերահսկողության պետ (լիազորությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցված են-խմբ) Դավիթ Սանասարյանը:
«Քայլում եմ փողոցով ընկերներիս հետ, շնորհավորում եմ մեր քաղաքացիներին»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե իր հանդեպ հարուցված քրեական գործն ու առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չե՞ն ստվերում այսօրն իր համար, Սանասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Ընդհակառակը, դա սիմվոլիկ է: Իմ պայքարը քրեական գործերով է անցել, ես որեւէ խնդիր չեմ տեսնում: Եկեք այսօր լավ բաներից խոսենք, թեեւ դա էլ է լավ բան, պայքարի արդյունք, որ պետք է պետությունից չգողանալ»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ տարիներ շարունակ նույն ընկերությունն է սարքավորումներ մատակարարել կոնկրետ բժշկական կենտրոններին, Սանասարյանն արձագանքեց. «Ես հենց դրա մասին էի խոսում, իսկ մարդիկ չգիտեմ՝ ինչի մասին էին խոսում: Մեր ուսումնասիրության նպատակը եղել է պարզել, թե արդյոք հեմոդիալիզի պարագաները Գնումների մասին օրենքի համապատասխան են մատակարարվել, եւ պարզել ենք, որ օրինական չի եղել»:
Լրագրողներին հետաքրքրում էր, թե արդյոք այդ գործը կօգնի Սանասարյանին իր դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործով. «Դա աջակցում է Հայաստանին: Անկախ նրանից, թե այս առանձին գործն ինչ է լինելու, մի բան ինձ համար հստակ է, որ այսուհետ ավելի ուշադիր կլինեն հեմոդիալիզի գնումների պրոցեսին եւ պետությունը մեծ միլիոններ է շահելու դրանից: 100-ավոր միլիոններ պետությունը կորցրել է, երբ չի ապահովել գնումների մասին օրենքի պահանջները:
Այսուհետ, եթե դատախազությունն ու քննչական մարմինը իրենց լիազորությունները ճիշտ իրականացնեն, նաեւ պետությանը պատճառած վնասը հետ կգա: Ենթադրեքն պետական այսինչ մարմնին պետք է հեռախոս: Պետք է գրել հեռախոս եւ որոշակի պարամետրեր: Էդ մարդիկ գրել են կոնկրետ հեռախոսի անուն, որ մյուս ֆիրմաները չեն կարող մատակարարել: Արդյունքում պետությունը մեծ վնաս է կրել»:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ առաջիկայում իր փաստաբանների հետ ասուլիս է հրավիրելու եւ պատասխանելու է նաեւ ԱԱԾ տնօրենին:
