«Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորները աշխատող ուսանողների ուսման վարձերի փոխհատուցման մեխանիզմ են առաջարկում
BLOGՀՀ ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը և խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցն առաջարկում են ուսման վարձավճարների վերաբերյալ օրենքի նոր նախագիծ: Ըստ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի՝ նախագծով պետությունը պարտավորվում է վճարել աշխատող ուսանողների ուսման վարձը:
Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանն այս առնչությամբ, Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է հետեւյալը. «Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, ամիսներ տեւած ուսումնասիրություններից հետո այսօր պաշտոնապես շրջանառության մեջ դրվեց Լիլիթ Մակունցի հետ հեղինակած առաջին օրենքի նախագիծս, որով պետությունը պարտավորվում է վճարել աշխատող ուսանողների ուսման վարձը։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում է եկամտահարկից փոխհատուցել ինչպես հիմնական աշխատողների, այնպես էլ քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրով ծառայություններ մատուցող ուսանողների վարձավճարները: Պետությունը կվճարի նաեւ միջնակարգ մասնագիտական եւ տեխնիկական ուսումնական հաստատությունում վճարովի սովորող եւ աշխատող ուսանողների վարձավճարները: Փոխհատուցման իրավունք կունենան ՄՈԳ-ի շեմը հաղթահարած ուսանողները: Առաջիկայում նախագիծը կքննարկվի նաեւ կառավարությունում, հուսով եմ կհասնենք դրական արդյունքի: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ կկազմակերպենք նաեւ հանրային քննարկում ոլորտային մասնագետների հետ, այս ընթացքում սիրով կլսեմ ձեր դիտարկումներն ու առաջարկությունները:
